Bath planet did and amazing job in transforming my shower to a bath tub, here are before and after pictures my house is an older model built in 1946 I was so impressed with my outcome and was done only with one team member and only took two working days would definitely recommend this company to any one!!!

April 8th 2021 we signed a contract for a master bath remodel for over 20 thousand dollars. We gave then 5 thousand and financed the rest.We were told 8 to 10 weeks. On April 22nd they came out for a measure and again we were told 8 to 10 weeks. We have had a lot of trouble reaching any of the staff. We are promised phone calls that are never returned, we have had conference calls promising that things will be better and on June 21st we were told that in 7 to 10 days things would start progressing. I have emailed and called to see what, if anything, is going on but no information at all. I have made 3 payments on a bathroom I do not even have a glimmer of an idea of when it may be installed. I really hope their work is as good as some of the reviews have stated, but I really wish we could just go back and unwind this deal. My advice is if you dont need your money or care when the work is done then give these guys a try other wise look elsewhere.Update 08/18/21The night mare continues. We finally had an install date of 08/16/21. The installer called and was coming down to do a demo. As per our contract we had done the demo 2 months ago. Our bathroom is basically gutted and has been for 2 months. After sending him pictures proving it is gutted, he goes back to the warehouse and collects our order. When he arrives we find a tub we did not order. It is smaller than the one we took out. They said we will build a wall to close in the extra space. After other deliberation we find that the shower door and vanity top cover we ordered never got ordered. They are telling our installer, dont take out the vanity and he tells them its been gone for 2 months. They are saying 2 more months to order it. The last 2 month estimate took 4 months! The sales guy is lying to me blaming it on some 3rd party. I would not trust anything these people ever say or promise. We are looking into legal options in getting away from these people.Update 09/21/2021A month later and after filing a BBB complaint 4 weeks ago no word from the company. We did file a complaint with Green Sky, their finance company, and if BBB does not produce any results the NM attorney general is our next step, but because of the pandemic they are giving them more time to respond. Will keep everyone posted.

Installed new shower after removing bathtub and finished the old shower space with flooring and drywall. Thorough, tidy and on time. Took several months (started in February installed 7/12) to get the actual install done. Communication was poor during the wait time. However, install complete. It looks great and Installers were very good!!

Josh Villasenor was great. He was very professional and helped us get the best deal possible.

We were initially very happy with the two baths that were installed for us. However after eight months, we have had to have Bath Planet out four times to correct product failures. (2 valve replacements, bad caulk batch, and shave step). We had to have one of our walls cut open to repair the valve, which was installed without a seal. Four times in eight months does not leave confidence for the longevity of their product. We paid a premium and it appears we got value menu quality.Part 2Bath Planet came out today to fix the shave step that fell off and it’s off center and crooked. So trip # 5 is forthcoming. Total joke.As a follow up, Bath Planets solution for a crooked shave step is to remove the shower panel they installed entirely and wait weeks / months for product to arrive. Folks spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I wish I had.

I could write a novel about the customer service and knowledge that we got from my sales rep Corina Mitchell, she answered all our questions quickly, understood exactly what we were looking for, provide options that would fit our style and made sure that we understood every step of the process. So far it’s been 14 weeks since I placed my order for a new bath. They estimated 8 to 12 weeks. Possible ship date at 16 weeks. If I’d known it would take this long I might have made other arrangements. I just hope the wait is worth it. I’ll let you know.Update on June 8, 2021After almost 5 months we got our shower installed today. Gabriel did the installation alone and did an amazing job. He’s the best part of my BathPlanet experience. If I had known it would take so long with little communication as to way it took twice as long as their estimate, I would seriously consider other options. That said, we are happy with our shower.

Sean Mucci was my sales consultant and he was very professional, on time, and very knowledgeable about the product. I was a little apprehensive at first but the way he was able to explain how the process worked and wasn’t the typical “pushy” sales man really put my mind at ease!

Bath Planet did a complete remodel of both bath rooms: One full bath and one 3/4 bath. Jason Roybal showed up every day on time and was full of energy. He took time to explain things to us and showed concern for all aspects of the job. Jason brought all his own tools, and at the end of the day everything was cleaned up. Jason R. is a valuable asset to bath planet. With Jasons dedication to the job I would feel comfortable going back to bath planet for future projects.

The installers were gd n professional but the company it self ,well its hard to say it took almost 4,5 months to install.and they really didnt notify of delay.i had to call n ask for progrees.other than that.pretty gd

Courtney Barrett came to my home in March, 2021 to provide an estimate for a bathroom update. Ms. Barrett was punctual in her arrival and gave a thorough presentation of the materials offered by her company and explained the process that would take place. She was very professional and gave me several options. In fact, later she contacted me with yet another option, however, I did not use them because in the end; the timing was just not right for us to move forward with the installation.

We highly recommend Bath Planet for your remodeling needs, specifically Michael and Gabriel. These guys were punctual, courteous, and professional. They kept us updated on the project, and the end results...PHENOMENAL!! Our shower, tub, and tile work all look amazing! The whole project only took about 3 1/2 days. Horrible customer service from this company, Quite honestly dont understand how they have as many good stars as they do. Every time I call this company to get an update on my project, I have to leave a message because for whatever reason.. I had a faulty facet and the Technician came out at 7:15 pm and replaced it, with one he picked up on his way to my house in case that was the problem. He was very professional and fixed right away. I was very impressed with his experience and knowledge took all the bad feelings I had for the company away. Good people make good companies.

Haven’t made a decision on the business yet but the presentation and quote provided by Jourdan McNeal was very professional, thorough and informative. Jourdan exhibited high customer service and accommodating with our concerns, taking all the time necessary. Would recommend him to anyone.

We were told the job would take 1 to 2 days at most. We received the wrong color ceiling (in contract), but Carla said it would match the tub and look nice. We went with that. There was a mix up on fixtures we chose (in contract) so they had to go back for them. Jacob did a great job on the walls. He was professional, respectful and clean. Next day another man comes to cut our cast iron tub for an insert. It was cut wrong deeming it useless. There was also a mess left. Carla sent him back to clean it up. They did send other men with a new tub on their dime. The tub was wrong size and they had to take down the new walls, remove our toilet and drill cement to fit new tub. They drilled to low. Then they sent a fixer. He left gaps between wall and tub. Toilet was put in crooked. Did not calk completely around toilet and other areas. Baseboards were loosened and not reattached. Walls in two different rooms next to bathroom had minimal damage due to removal of new bathroom walls and other pounding. New pipe access panel had to be created. We still havent had anyone correct these damages. My husband spoke with Carla yesterday and she said Caesar would be here at one. Its after 5 oclock. Ive texted her a couple of times and also sent her pictures of all the shoddy work, she has not responded at all. Weve had floor protection paper taped in our intrance down to the hall bathroom for two weeks. We are now going on 19 days for a job that was guaranteed completed in two. My husband is a man that has health issues who served 32 years in the military and this is taking a toll on him and the rest of our family. We are good people who take you at your word. We were even happy to help out your employees by lending them a dolley at one time and on another occasion a couple of tools. We hope that you will step up to the plate and make things right. We have paid up to this point as per contract $2,900.00 We have lived up to our responsibilities. We are still without a bathroom. They have yet to live up to their responsibilities.

Bath Planet employee Jason did a fantastic job on our Shower Stall for us. His attention to detail, clever innovation, professionalism and knowledge were exemplary, as was his courteous demeanor. He is an asset to your Organization!

We initially contacted Luxury Bath to redo our shower. At that point, it was discovered that Bath Planet would be the one working with us on our renovation. The gentleman that came and sold us the product was Ben. He deserves a raise. He was extremely friendly and professional. He was thorough in his presentation and did an excellent job convincing us that they were the right choice.Boy were we wrong! Ben gave us the confidence and assurance in our investment, but it was nothing but a letdown. Our contractor was a disappointment and completely tainted the excitement of our new shower. Our contractor was late every day of the project, he left both our drain and showerhead clogged due to his lack of covering the plumbing when doing the renovation, he seemed to question both ours and Ben’s choices for our renovation often stating “I don’t know why they showed you this or I don’t know why they wouldn’t tell you that,” he would often make inappropriate comments about us watching tv all day (as if we didn’t have to use our paid time off), the contractor left screws in our drive way, and to top it off – at the end we had to fill out a review for him, which he stood over us and told us if we could give him a good review so he can get a bonus.We contacted Bath Planet to express our concerns with management. We then became in contact with Michael who was even more of letdown. I expressed our frustrations and at first, he listened and seemed empathetic. Michael apologized for the contractor’s behavior. He advised that he would be following up with us regarding the refund if someone is late to the project as stated on their website and advised that he would send someone out on that following Monday to do a quality check. Monday came, and Monday went. No one showed up. We did not receive a call or explanation of what was happening. We finally decided to call that Wednesday and spoke with Michael again. He forgot what concerns we had and asked us to go over what the problem was again. He then promised someone would come to do the quality check and fix the mistakes the contractor left on that coming Friday. Friday came, and no one showed up again. When we called to see what the issue was, Michael seemed confused and said someone would be at our home shortly. We then get a call from a contractor asking what time next week would be good for him to come…At our wits’ end, we decided to contact a plumber ourselves to fix the clogged drain, as we have been showering with our shower unable to drain for nearly 2 weeks already. We still haven’t heard back from Michael or Bath Planet at this point.We do not recommend this company, save your time, energy, and money because it was not worth it!I wanted to update my review as of 4/23/21:After submitting this review we were contacted by the manager of Axiom Solutions, Linda. Now I can see where the bad service begins. Linda called us to work on a resolution for our troubles. She seems more concerned with this bad review, and asked us what compensation would be worth removing this review... no apology for the bad service we received from the contractor or Mike.Linda first called us on 4/12/21 for this resolution. She stated she would be getting back to us the next day. We did not hear from her. I attempted three times throughout that week to contact Linda, and she finally got back to us on 4/19. Again, said she would be calling us the next day to work out this resolution. I have attempted to call her but her voicemail is full and Im not sure its even worth the effort at this point. Here we are on 4/23 with no callback from Linda, no resolution, a shower rod that does not match what we ordered and paid for, and 2 visits from a plumber due to clogged pipes...Again, this company is not worth your time, energy, and money. They do not respect you, your time, your energy, or your money.

As we are approach Spring 2021 and some bit of normalcy, my guys showed up with masks for COvID safety. Punctual with a few pre-reminder calls that they would be here as stated. First let me say, their work speaks for itself! Masterful & meticulous. From inception with throw down mats to walk on, to post clean up, I couldnt be happier. Michael, Gabriel: thanks for your work! Ive already been asked who they should call. Two Thumbs Up! My bathroom looks incredible. You guys represent Bath Planet professionally.

We recently got a shower installed in our home. From the point of installation until now, we have received nothing but unprofessionalism from Bath Planet. The installer was late every day, made a mess of our home (and did not clean up afterwards outside of sweeping a bit), and clogged our drains due to improperly covering of the existing open drains during the demolition phase. We also did not receive the shower rod that we ordered, the installer made a trip to I believe Home Depot and picked out one that does not match with what we ordered.We have made several attempts to contact the office, first speaking with Mike. Mike made promises that someone would be in our home to perform a quality check and fix our clogged drains. We took time off on two separate occasions because of Mike’s promises, but no one showed up either time. We then got in contact with Mike’s boss, Linda. Linda has also made promises that she would return our calls but has not. When we attempt to call Linda, her voicemail box is full, and we are unable to contact her. It has been two weeks of Linda’s broken promise to return our calls.I would not recommend Bath Planet. Their website states that they respect you, your time, your home, and your hard-earned money. This is false, and we have been treated with anything but respect.

Jason came and installed a recessed light in our bathroom. He came ready to install two of them, but observed that one might suffice. He consulted my wife and I and we agreed. Im really glad he consulted us. I am more than sure some installers would have simply installed two lights without asking and that wouldve been almost blinding. He also tweeked some grouting around our walk-in tub and on our floor, and sealed both. It looks far better now. He was very polite, professional and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend!

Our Master bathroom shower and tub have been renovated. We love it. It is beautiful and easy to clean. We are happy with Tarl McCarthy who did the work. He did a great job! He worked hard to remove old dark stone tiles from the wall. He was very helpful and patient. Tarl made sure we were satisfied during this whole process.

Then comes my introduction to Ben, whom guess is project manager/coordinator. From the time we set up an appointment to get a quote to the installation they made sure everything was easy and painless for us. Matt was so great telling us every option we had to get a walk in shower and brought so many samples. He made sure before he left we were 100% happy with our purchase. We had our old bathtub remodeled into a beautiful new walk-in shower by Bath Planet of New Mexico. Our design consultant was so kind and honest with both me and my husband during our consultation. There were so many different options to choose from so it was incredibly easy to find what we were looking for. The project went by very smoothly and our new shower was up and running in what seemed to be like no time at all. I would highly recommend using this company for bathroom remodeling.

The team arrived on time and completed the work professionally. We were able to finish the tile around the new walk in tub and then the team returned to Las cruces from Albuquerque to install the final trim. Couldn’t ask for more.

As one might expect, one should not take the salespersons estimate for the estimated time to completion for the actual time the project would take with a grain of salt. the installers cannot control factors such as occurred on our project.as an illustration, the water authority guy arrived to shut off water at the curbside cutoff so that the shower plumbing could be tested and brought online. the water authority guy damaged the curbside off/on valve and had to install a new one. the project continued. two days later, for another test, another water authority guy found that the replacement curbside valve leaked and had to be replaced. this cost the project perhaps a half day or more, none of which was in the control of the installers.so, factor in the inevitable lags in time in a construction project to the optimistic projection of the sales person.on the other hand, the sales person worked through a formal planning process to ensure that what we had in mind was reflected in the project specs. when a fixture hue issue cropped up, she gave us a heads-up and defined the issues so that we could decide on the necessary changes.the installation team worked diligently and worked around the unforeseen delays. they kept us updated on the progress, and issues, consulted with us on placement of the bench and storage shelves in the shower, worked around the water authority issues described above, and brought the project to completion while maintaining a cheerful and professional demeanor.

The attention I was given was PERFECT!! We made the appointment. Bath Planet of New Mexico confirmed the appointment and the rep was was on time. I had a new shower door and shower base installed. The quality of the product are second to none. You cant buy this at a big box store. The installation looks great!!

CONSUMER BEWARE: Bath Planet claims and misrepresents that they are they have in-house professionally and trained installers of their products. Unfortunately that is not the case at all. They intentionally misrepresent this service as all installers are in-fact contractors they partner with and or contract out the install process to which has been verified by one of the owners personally. So when they say that all their installers are factory-trained and certified, that is a gross understatement and misrepresentation of the facts. If they have the audacity to lie and intentionally misrepresent this to their customers and potential consumers Id be very cautious in doing business with this company and research further into the companys overall practices.Just thought Id let you all know as an independent consumer advocate myself.

We were impressed from the start. The Bath Planet team was professional in every step. Showing up for any appointments, making sure the order was placed correctly by checking every detail. The actual work was performed by Clay Pope who was a fantastic worker; extremely consciencous, very detail-oriented, highly intelligent and a delightful person. The tile work was done by Greg - again in a very timely and professional way.We had selected some items (sliding barn shower door) and Clay made sure it was installed properly by studying the installation video thoroughly.We are very happy with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Bath Planet and its great staff.

Was definitely over charged. They started two weeks late and then just called the morning they decided to show up Shoddy and very unprofessional work. Bathtub spigot was lose when completed. They had to put a hole in adjoining bedroom and fix. Just waiting for something else to fall apart. They don’t even know how to caulk. I could have done a better job. Their carpenter did a fabulous job with the bathroom cabinet although stingy on the varnish. I must have called them every day and complained. A one week job took almost a month. Their trick is to start each job for up front money, start another while you are put on back burner. It’s a shame I have to go back and touch everything up myself.

Excellent staff who take time to make sure the job gets done and gets done right. We enjoyed everything from the quote they gave us, to the job well done and worth while. Thank you Bath Planet you beat all the competition in the area.

I called bath planet recently as i saw a video on their facebook page showcasing some before and after photos of their shower remodeling work and their customer service lady was so sweet ans helpul that it just made my day. We cant wait to get our project going! 😍☺👍

My wife and I were so pleased with the windows we purchased from Sandia Sunrooms & Windows, that when we decided to upgrade our master bath, we went with their sister company, Bath Planet. We chose to do a bath-to-shower conversion, going with a larger shower pan with a wall system, as well as replacing the counter top and sinks, and all new fixtures. Clay did an excellent job on the installation, leaving everything completely clean each night before he left, and was a pleasure to work with. We now have a beautiful remodeled bathroom, and can’t wait to upgrade the other one.

The staff was wonderful to work with, I highly recommend them to anyone in Albuquerque looking for a kitchen and bathroom renovation.

WAY overpriced! The materials that they use are very nice but $12000 to remodel just a small shower is ridiculous. It shouldnt be anyore than $5000. I guess they can charge whatever they want but good grief.

The BEST home improvement project experience we have ever had! Clay Pope (installer) was professional, neat, maticulous, and the hardest worker Ive ever seen. He did a total bathroom tearout and installed our all new bathroom. Cant say enough good things about Clay and this company -- AWESOME!
