Jacob was my guy, super professional and easy going. I have social anxiety and he made it very comfortable for me. Highly recommend. Definitely found my new barber.

Chacha and all the staff are tremendous barbers. The atmosphere and professionalism is welcoming and friendly. They exceed expectations on every cut.

Conor is where its at. I totally spaced one of my appointments and rescheduled with him, he was nice about it and gave me a very good haircut. I didnt even know what haircut I wanted and he showed me some example hair cuts and gave me a perfect haircut.

This is the only place my son and husband will get a cut from. Jacob is a good barber.

My first experience with Conor came two years ago when he saved me from a bad haircut I received from another local barbershop. Since then, all I’ve gotten from Conor are high quality cuts filled with good conversation and attention to detail.The shop is modern and laid back and all of the barbers have shown nothing but respect to me and my business. These guys take their time and make sure you like how your hair turned out. Cannot recommend Crisp enough.

Connor has always given great fades and service. He is highly dependable and very cheerful and interesting to talk to. I have never received a bad haircut from him nor was at a loss to conversation. We always have something to talk about. I highly recommend Connor or any barber there. They are all very professional, friendly, and fun.

Crisp is awesome! We have looked for a barber for my husband and son for years! They have been so happy with Mikey and George. My daughter had Cha Cha do her under cut and has also been happy. They are very welcoming. They are super busy so make sure you get your appt scheduled early and dont NO CALL NO SHOW!!

When I walked in, the vibe of this place was reallygood. I liked the idea of a barber shop/tattoo studio. Not combined but separated in the same space, the art on the walls and music coming down the hall made for a great visit. They recommend appointments, but I was lucky enough to caught George. The cut was great and even explained some things that my work better for my hair. I appreciate the time, and advice. Thanks from Canada!

I was going to Connor for 3 years, I only forgot to cancel my cut ONCE and he began to talk bad about me. I will never go back to him ever again. Very unprofessional. 3 years down the drain all because I forgot to cancel 1 cut because an emergency popped up and it wasn’t the highest thing on my priority list.i apologized many times but he still had to be sour about the whole experience. He couldn’t have been professional and just moved on with his day. Definitely not how a professional should act. Childish.

Traveled to Albuquerque for work. Needed a haircut after I flew in. They are appointment only but they worked me in to get my hair cut that day. True barber shop, very professional and got a great cut. Will go back next time Im here.

Great place and location. Barbers are some of the best in the city, and I have experienced a few. My barber is Mikey, but several of them such as based barber are really good. I found it helpful to look at their Instagram page to figure which hairstyle and barber best works for me.

Excellent top of the line for albuquerque

Walk-ins are welcome. Went into the shop a couple times and had my haircut by @nasteynate and @chachastyles and theyre both amazing. All the barbers there are very experienced in their cutting and give the best haircut based on the individuals contour and style. Also, great pricing similar to other shops.

My wife suggested Chacha when we moved to Albuquerque. Since we have different hair ( im a white dude she is a very beautiful African American so I was impressed with his 13 years of hairology experience

Unbiased Review: I dont know the owner or any of their barbers. These guys are near Central and I wanted to support local surviving ART.Schedule/Location: 8/10 I called ahead to make an appt and found they were accommodating. A website with prices would have helped but they answered the phone promptly so no harm, no foul. Finding the place was tricky. They are located INSIDE the tattoo parlor.Environment: 9/10 Classy. Upscale. Brick wall. Industrial feel. Music wasnt my style but if youre into Wiz Khalipa, youre going to love this place. Friendly staff. Sociallable.Haircut: 7/10 George was my barber. Real nice guy but a little over a year of cutting. I showed a picture of what i wanted so there was no break in communication. The cut was timely. I got a fade and trim on top. This morning i could see some spots where the fading was done thorough and left some lines. On the other side of my head the fade was brought a bit high. So i have to doc 3 points there George.Transaction: 5/10. There is some miscommunication on cost between barber and owner. That needs to get fixed. Cash only. Which means i dont have a receipt and need to stop at ATM. No biggie. Its a new small business. Docking points for miscommunication.Follow up: 0/10. They have no email or text system so there is no way to judge customer satisfaction after you leave.Overall Impression: 8/10 This was a good experience. They are new and there is room to grow but i think this company will do well. Would recommend to others.
