I took my car in for a complete detail last summer. The owner was eating nachos and talking to someone else while I was trying to point out all of the very obvious sap residue I wanted to have special attention taken to, as well as the hood and windshield full of bugs since we just got back from a 700 mile road trip. He assured me it would be taken care of.. Mind you, a complete DETAIL (its called detail for a reason!) should be a full wash, clay bar, swirl remover, machine polish and a nice wax, not to mention tires, engine and interior. They must have thought I was a sucker, because when I came to pick it up the next day it was obvious they merely washed the outside, went over it with detail spray and maybe a quick wax method like a liquid wax or something similar. ALL of the sap residue was still there (part of which was a strip going all the way from my hood, over the top of my car and ending on the back), and the front was still covered in bug guts! It is not possible to have clayed and machine polished a car, as they claimed, while leaving bugs and sap on it! All of that would have been removed had they actually done these things. They cleaned the interior and dressed the tires, probably to make me think the car was flawless, but they did NOT clay, polish and wax my car. When I got there to pick it up the owner and his wife were gone for the day. I made a complaint to the tech working (Adam, very nice and helpful) and he tried calling them. No answer. I tried calling several times and never got an answer. Bottom line, I paid $200 for a job I could have had done at Octopus for $15.00 (not that I would actually ever take my car to Octopus). I would have been better off doing this detail myself as I normally do, I just thought it would be a nice treat for my car (and my back) to have the professionals take care of it. I strongly recommend going somewhere else if you care about the money in your wallet and the paint on your car.

The work that they did for me was mediocre at best. Their employees need more training. The owner of the company is a crook. I dont feel that I got my moneys worth at all. Next time I will call someone else for sure.

They are by far the worst detail company in albuquerque stay away very amateur do not clean properly leather had stains wax was all over car didnt even steam the interior as they advertise if your really picky and want you moneys worth these are the wrong people to go to you can do a better detail by yourself at home

We hired them to do my wifes car. They guy did the engine compartment, the interior and half of the exterior. He said he didnt have the materials he needed to finish and would come back. He never did.
