After going to a different shop to fix my cars AC, they messed it up. I found C & S Auto and spoke to Luke, he added freon and dye to find two leaks in the system, did a diagnosis for a small price and then set me up for an appointment for the next day. This shop did excellent work, accurate and for a very good price. AC works excellent. This shop will treat you right, they know what theyre doing, and they will not rip you off. Id recommend them without hesitation! Honest.

So grateful that we found Luke at C&S, he is a gem among mechanics. Reasonable pricing, honest, skillful and thorough. Weve taken our cars in for oil changes, diagnostics, and for larger issues like new struts. Really excellent, great location and as I said, Luke the mechanic is the best.

I had some fluid dripping from my front differential that was making a mess of the underneath of my truck. I googled “best auto mechanics in ABQ” and C & S Quality popped up. I looked at the reviews and thought I’d give them a try. Luke was very professional and extremely detailed figuring out what happened. Apparently the bolt/seal to my differential had been damaged. Not only did Luke replace it with a new one but he steam washed everything underneath and my engine compartment. Even cleaned the underside of my hood!! All of this for a very reasonable price. Luke called throughout the diagnostic process to let me know what he found and the associated costs. Could not be more pleased with the service I got at C & S Quality Automotive. I’ve found my new mechanic!!

I Try fix my van A/C many times most of them asked for 300 and 400This guy fixed in 10 minutes he is smart and very friendly. I advice this shop for any one they are honest people

I tried to turn on my truck but the key wouldnt turn. I had the vehicle towed to a repair shop but they werent able to repair it despite having the vehicle for nine days.I had the vehicle towed to C&S and Luke had the repairs done in just a few hours at a reasonable cost.I know who will have my business in the future!

Luke is incredibly honest. I took my car to this shop requesting repairs that would cost about $500. Luke called me back and told me that he had found the problem and that it was only going to cost a little under $300. He only did the work that I needed and only charged me for the work that I needed. Super honest. Great mechanic.

This is a family owned auto mechanic business. I spent awhile talking with the wife of the mechanic (Steve), who works as the receptionist and helps out as needed. They are honest, hard working, wonderful people who care deeply about providing honest, high quality auto services. They start by providing you with an honest estimate, and if they think they may have to go above that, they only do so after they discuss it with you and explain why. If they can provide you with a less expensive service, they will also do that. They are excellent communicators and you WILL NOT be overcharged.For example, I went to them needing my windshield wiper fluid pump replaced, or so I thought. They quoted me $40 for labor as I had the part; a store down the street had previously quoted me $100. They took a look at it and realized that the pump only needed to be cleaned out, and ended up charging me even less (I dont recall the final cost but it was cheap.) In short, wonderful people who do excellent work. Give them your business; they deserve it.

I was looking for a trusted auto mechanic to do repairs on my 2006 PT Cruiser. The check engine light was coming on. I looked on the internet at reviews of auto mechanics in Albuquerque. I read C&S Qualitys reviews. I decided to go there. When the diagnostic was completed on my car, the mechanic told me that the cam shaft sensor needed to be replaced. He researched the part online to find the best deal and best quality part under warranty for me. He had my car ready by 12 noon. I was very grateful. I did not have an appointment for my car to be repaired. It is recommended to have one. He repaired my car. The check engine light no longer comes on. I was afraid something terrible had happened to my engine. That the repair would be costly. It was done at a reasonable price. This mechanic is very professional and honest. I will return to his auto shop in the future. I highly recommend this place for auto repairs!!! Thank you, Steve!!! You are an awesome mechanic!!!

Luke at C&S is the real deal. I brought my daughters car here for some brake work and he went above and beyond to take care of the situation. Steve, his wife and staff are excellent!! They have worked on my vehicle a couple times over the past couple years and every time I get my car back I am extremely satisfied. They go above and beyond to provide the best automotive/mechanic service in Abq. Steve is a very knowledgeable and experienced mechanic, and the people he works with are also great. Steve will walk you through everything he does and explain it so you understand exactly what is wrong with your vehicle. He will also save you money when it is possible. They are very fair and can offer cost effective options for your repairs. This is the best mechanic I have ever used! The shop is also very conveniently located in the UNM area. I will continue using C & S for every vehicle I own!!

Steve and his wife Cindy are great. My best story is from many years ago when I first met Steve as some other idiot shop had left my oil filter loose, then another idiot shop told me my oil pan needed to be replaced. Steve called me and said surprise your oil filter is loose, someone forgot to tighten it, youre not leaking oil! So the $900 repair became a $68 inspection and engine steam clean. I was sold on their shop after that. Steve puts quality first and does the job right. His prices are fair and explained in detail. Their shop is a fine example of a small family business with good ethics.

Luke at CNS was super knowledge and honest. He diagnosed and fixed my coolant malfunction, and then went above and beyond and diagnosed several other minor things. I had him do other maintenance and repairs, and my car is in better shape now than when I got it. I will be going to CNS for everything from now on.
