I never thought Id need renters insurance until last week. I pay very little each month and as a single mamma, it helps to know Im covered. Last Thursday, someone broke into my car (trunk) and stole all of my daughters and nephews birthday gifts and decorations. (Yes, not to smart to leave it in my car but to late.) Since I dont pay a lot, my deductible is 500, so I couldnt afford to pay for my insurance to step in so I basically said oh well and let it go. Today (one week after the incident) my insurance agent, Cassi, called me and asked me to come into the office. When I arrived, Stephen, Cassi, Janet and Georgia greeted me with smiles, tears, so much love and a gift card. They went out of their ways to help. I never expected strangers to feel the pain I felt when my kiddos stuff was taken but these wonderful and kind souls lifted a burden off my shoulders without a thought of gain. This review has nothing to do with a gift card and everything to do with the kindness I was shown from people I had never met prior. Though I do appreciate the gift card because now I can give the kiddos a good birthday, its more than that. Its the good hearts of those you would never suspect.
