I went in to set up my Covid19 refund, as I couldn’t do it online. That fix was successful. I got the refund.But the reason I couldn’t set it up is because my Allstate app will only allow one policy/agent at a time. I have an account in Alaska and in New Mexico.Mr. Brasswell said he would work on combining both accounts in my app. Near a I know that has not been accomplished .Meanwhile, I have sold my Alaska vehicle, and therefore closed my Alaska Allstate account.So now it seems a mute point, until I buy another Alaskan vehicle and return to Stan Tebow for another policy.

Cody is so rude. He will not give you the right information about your policy and will demand a payment before he makes any changes to your policy. And he refers you to customer care instead of helping you like a agent is suppose to. Very disappointed.
