I have used Chriss facility for approximately 30 years. That includes depending on Chris before he opened his own shop. I was in the automobile business for over 50 years wont go anywhere else and recommend them to anyone that needs a body shop. Nyk was stellar at handling my latest repair. Jerome is equally expert at his job and everyone that works there is pleasant, friendly and professional. They are without a doubt the best that I have ever seen.

This business has held my car for almost 8 weeks, and for the last 3 weeks I’ve been told “it’ll be done by Monday“. If you have an opportunity to take your vehicle anywhere else but this place, please do it. I have been lied to for three consecutive weeks and I’m very frustrated by the misinformation continually given. Today they told me ”hopefully by Friday”.

Stopped by there to shoot a few portrait photos with their cool metal grates after hours. A couple guys rolled up in a vehicle after we where there for about 30 minutes and acted like we were trying to loot the place. It was obvious we were not there to cause mischief, but we were asked to leave. This is too bad because they would have got some good press. We went elsewhere and had a great shoot that was published in a magazine... In hindsight, I should have got permission, but if they would have been cool about it, they would have had some free press and advertising. Too bad for Loids.

Was recommended by several Audi ships in town to get an estimate.Setting up an appointment was easy over the phone. Lots of availability.When I arrived, they quickly saw to me and directed me to pull into the estimate garage. The estimate was done and reviewed with me. Maybe 10-15m altogether. Overall I was in and out much faster than I was expecting which was pleasant. Great CX.All staff were wearing masks.Nice location. Very clean and more modern feeling which inspired trust and confidence.No work done yet, just got an estimate.

I cant say enough good things about Nyk, Anthony & the entire crew at Loids. My insurance co directed me to Loids for repairs and shortly after said they wouldnt pay for the coverage originally discussed. After being in a traumatic experience on the freeway before going out of town on a road trip (2 passenger tires down & rim damage plus front & passenger body damage), then having to fight for benefits I pay for, plus get a rental car, it was all mentally and financially exhausting. Nyk walked me through what was needed for my car, made recommendations regarding safety issues, advised me how to proceed, and helped clarify the damages to insurance for me to get the claim covered correctly. The crew at Loids, from inspecting and storing my car, through repairs and the final buff, clean and detail by Anthony, went over and above any service Ive ever received for any vehicle Ive owned. When I would have accepted my car as complete (I didnt expect them to match 5yo paint perfectly) they self identified making it better and did it in the original timeframe promised. I would recommend Loids for any service they offer, and will only take my vehicles there from now on. I wish they would take any thank you gift I offered, but all were refused and I was told Its our job to provide this kind of service. You cant ask for better.

In a town where customer service barely exists, Loid’s is a shining star! What a pleasant experience! I don’t even know where to start. What is usually a stressful situation was completely turned around into the easiest thing ever. And my vehicle looks better than ever! Fast, responsive, professional, super-nice people, beautiful facility, you couldn’t ask for better. Especially Nyk, who went above and beyond. I don’t have a fancy car and I was worried about that, but he never once made me feel that my vehicle wasn’t just as important as the high-end luxury cars they work on. Brought my Jeep Gladiator in for a minor accident they were able to get it done professionally and I felt confident bringing it in. I bought aftermarket tail lights they were able to install for me. Truck was detailed. Nyk knew his stuff. Estimate was close to finally cost. Would use again.

Very nice facility - pull inside for estimates. Incredibly clean and great staff that makes you feel at home (thanks Nyk). Pricing is similar to other shops, but they dont nickel and dime you for small stuff. As a courtesy they touched up some minor rock chips for me. Got my car back the next day and it looked great and it was incredibly CLEAN!!!! Had a small problem with the repaired and repainted rocker panel not fitting perfectly flush. It was adjusted to my high standards until I was completely satisfied. Hey, anyone can make a small mistake - taking care of it immediately and professionally while I waited is the pedigree of a company that really cares.

Loids was very thorough in the repair of my vehicle after someone backed it to in a parking lot. They found damage not not found by the insurance estimator. My vehicle looks better than it did before someone hit it. I highly recommend them.

6 stars. I was referred to Loid’s by Albuquerque’s Lincoln dealer. I called around highly rated repair shops and was impressed when I spoke with Nyk, at Loid’s, I was sold. If you are as picky as I am about your car looking back to 100% after a repair, this is the place to go. Nyk went above and beyond to make sure we as customers were 110% satisfied with every bit of the process. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but if MANAGEMENT is reading this please know that Nyk is one of the best I’ve dealt with and took excellent care of us. Our car was back to looking better than new, and I commend the Loid’s Collison Center. Wouldn’t trust any other place with a luxury vehicle.

Lloyds repaired some long overdue and nagging issues that I had been postponing for a very long time due to the excessive costs estimated by others. Lloyds was a comparative bargain. Now I know why theyre the only BMW authorized body shop in NM. Highly recommend this shop. I had so many problems with insurance claims department, but zero with this body shop. Their staff was always friendly and willing to help, often knew more than the insurance claims adjusters I spoke with when I had to call them.

Loids is a white-glove, 5-star service, family owned body shop. My husband and I have had both our vehicles, a Mini Cooper and a Mazda Tribute, to Loids twice each over the last several years. They are always friendly and willing to deal with the insurance companies so we dont have to. Every time we receive our vehicle back after the work was completed, it looks like it just came off the showroom floor, including detailing the interior. The only effort we have to make as the customer is arrange to drop off the vehicle and pick it up when it is ready. Loids handles everything else. We will never use another body shop! Highly recommend!

I was referred here by Sandia BMW when I managed to put a big ding in the side of my car. They said they referred all their body work out to Loids. I was so impressed with the service there. They were so polite and quick when I dropped the car off and when it was ready they not only called the rental car company to coordinate my rental drop-off but also stayed open late just so I could pick up my fixed car on Friday before they closed for the weekend. The car looks brand-new, not a scratch in sight. I noticed they also did an amazing cleaning and detailing, just as part of the repairs. White glove treatment. I would absolutely go here again.

Only got an estimate from Loids. Y were quick and accurate. But their estimate was 25% higher than the next highest of 4 estimates and 55% higher than the body shop I chose.

Loids recently handled three small jobs for us - refinishing a front spoiler for a show car, re-painting the hood of a well-used family sedan, and repairing the right-on-the-ground-low front spoiler of a sports car. Their work showed high levels of craftsmanship and great attention to detail. Chris and the team were honest, thoughtful about how to approach each job, gave quotes they stuck to, took the cars in succession, and were very approachable about progress updates. Since all the cars involved were of German origin, Loids Rides Glasurit paint system was impeccably matched to the original factory finishes. I would happily use them again.

Went to this place because it was referred by Infiniti. Submitted a request for an estimate via the email listed on their website before the insurance provide their estimate and never heard back. Finally took my car in with my estimate and they used that to base the amount they would charge and told me they would probably have to charge more for certain work. Kept my car for 5 days when they said it would take 3. When my car was ready, they spung on me that they were going to charge an additional $550, but hadnt submitted the additional expenses to the insurance until that day. I had to pay over $1,000 to get my car that day and have to wait for the insurance to reimburse me the additional money. The person I worked with, Patricio, didnt seem to know what was going on with my car the few times I talked with him and when I told him how upset I was about the additional surprise expense, he said the only person who could allow an exception to this, the manager, was out to lunch. He never bothered to ask the manager prior to me going into their office even though he know how upset I was. He also never went over what they did to the car, he just handed me the paperwork, took my payment and basically booted me out the door. Also, I got one text message saying I would receive updates but never received any updates besides the first one. The work done to the car was done well so kudos to the people working behind the scenes but get better support staff to work with the customers. Extra fees should be submitted to the insurance immediately and not wait until the car is ready to be picked up! Not professional and very poor customer service!

Drove 2.5 hours for an estimate to repair my vehicle, I was not greeted for at least 3 months as the two agents were busy chatting. The guy did not finish my estimate because there were 2 other men that came in. 5 days went by and I received a message from Jerome saying he needs more pictures, not to mention 3 days have passed since I left a message for the service manager. I dont know anything about their BUT the customer service is garbage!! 5 hours wasted.

We had some hard water spots on our car that we could not remove. Nyk and his team were able to get the water spots off and deliver the car back to us, beautiful inside and out.

Would not recommend. I had a scratch on my right front fender that needed to be buffed/wetsanded out. They did not do a great job and left the hood of my car covered in the shavings/dust from their work. I can understand if the scratch was too deep but to leave a very nice collector car or any car with the mess from your work is pretty unprofessional. The service advisor assisting me was also extremely rude and inpersonal; while trying to nickle and dime me for other services.

Terrible!! I needed them to fix my front end from a wreck, and while it looks nice now they took over two weeks to complete it, and then they were extremely rude and unprofessional when I came to try to pick up my car. They apparently had several mix-ups with the parts company but never made an effort to call or communicate with me. Instead I find out by having to call them to see if or when my car will be available. On the last day, I came to pick up may car (they said it would be ready and they would call if not) and it wasnt ready. I expressed my concerns about how long it was taking and the lack of communication and the man exploded at me. He yelled and ranted about how it wasnt his fault and then I was told I wouldnt have paid the extra for new parts which is something that was not even offered to me, completely unprofessional and rude!!!

Absolutely AMAZING! My BMW got backed into. It just needed a quarter panel replacement. The car had spent a year (yes, 12 months) at another body shop here in town. The other shop had installed the part crooked and make a humongous mess of it. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated. We finally got my car back with approval from the other body shops insurance to have the entire job re-done by another shop. I brought my car to Loids and explained the situation. Chris proplptly gave me an estimate, ordered the parts and got my BMW back to the way it was when it left Germany. Chris and the Loids had ZERO hesitation of taking on my obscure situation. The end result... Flawless. I brought this car from Texas just to get it fixed and I am thrilled that I chose Loids. Excellent job indeed.

We have used Loids 3-4 times over the past 5 years and their workmanship & professionalism is outstanding every time. Recently we had a new black 2013 BMW 328i that was covered in tree sap that would not wash off with car soap & water. The sap was stuck to the car in many areas. It was literally a mess! When the car was completed by Loids it was immaculate. The owner, Chris Loidolt, went above & beyond to ensure we would like the finish product. I have a very picky & anal wife and his work impressed my wife. The car came out as a Showroom new car without a doubt. Not many services have ever past the wife test over the years.
