SIMPLY AMAZING! I called the day before and got an appointment the next. They are, fast, efficient, and really friendly! Dropped it off one hour and picked it up an hour and a half later. The price was extremely nice for the service. I wish I caught the name of the guy who helped me today. But he needs a huge raise. I’m definitely coming back here for my future car electronic needs. They removed and fixed the horrible mess that audio express made of my car. Now everything is perfect.Thank you Star Audio!

This place is amazing! They did a alarm on my car and seriously helped me with all the questions I had about it and even made sure I understood it completely before leaving. STAY AWAY👺👺👺...I went to them to have a audio system installed in my vehicle...they did not install all of the system which the charged me for because there tech said the two items wasnt compatible..but I later found out on my own they was and if the tech would of just done a little bit of problem solving..a skill they teach you in grade school (or at least they should) the tech would of seen there was just a few extra steps they had to do instead of just relying on the easy way and being lazy. They also left a important wire unhooked causing me to not be able to use certain functions of my stereo unit and not stabilizing the subwoofer unit in the trunk so it was rolling around in the trunk which caused damage to it. They also did not adjust any of the settings to fine tune the audio sound not even at least set the date and time on the radio unit...

Best sounding system Ive put in my vehicle on 20 years. Need to have ear plugs.

I highly recommend Star Audio. I stopped in today for a new head unit and Saul was very knowledgeable and really found the perfect solution for what I needed. Installation was fast and professional. I was in and out in under 2 hours. Radio sounds great. I’ll be back for some other upgrades in the future.

Took our 2006 Honda in to fix broken radio. The problem (a bad amp) was figured out and fixed quickly. I was in and out in about an hour. The gentleman in the front of the store was very friendly and did not try to upsell me. Highly recommended!

We took our van in to get a new head unit but retaining the built in video system. This was a difficult issue for our type of vehicle. The staff at Star Audio went above and beyond to ensure our system worked despite the difficulties. They even called a few days after the install to ensure it was working and we were happy with our new system. Highly recommended and will definitely do future installations with them.

Limited assortment; the experience became more of trying to spend my cash on their available products and not what I truly wanted. The salesman however was very friendly and knowledgeable on car audio.

Very disappointed with the service I received. They say they will warranty the product but when product doesn’t operate they find excuses to not repair the issue. I spent $2000 in this store and and when my amp was not working properly they had me go to one store 2 times to one store and 3 times to the other one. I was suppose to get a a replacement amp and it was install to a different vehicle. After 5 or 6 times taking my truck to both store i finally gave up and just got tired of dealing with it and figured they will not fix the issue. The last time I was there they took my 7500 watt amp a put a 300 watt amp on and they wanted to charge me an extra $600 for other speakers. I purchase my system in this local store to help the local business but ended up getting screwed at the end. The store on bridge and Goff also the one at Lomas and Louisiana made a fool out of me. Both own by family and never either took the responsibility and fix the issue. So disappointed.

First and last time going there the gentleman I talked to when I asked about the install was helpful but when my wife dropped the car off she said they were rude and unprofessional they installed my amp in the trunk right on the spot where you get the Jack from so now I can’t get my Jack or get to my spare tire they left all kinds of shavings everywhere you can just tell they don’t take pride in there workUpdate I went back had a great conversation with the owner Robert and he fixed all the problems I had so I would recommend them to all my friends and family I’m even going back and have more work done

I brought my truck in and told them what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. They no problem and had it done in 4hrs. Super happy with the job they did, very clean, I would recommend they to everyone I know.Had to get new truck took it to same guys for all the same stuff as last time plus some extras, they gave me a great price and had it all done when they said they would. Top of the line installation completely satisfied again. Wont take my business anywhere else.

And say they offer services I had asked for, they declined having. Unprofessional they need to train their employees appropriately and all be on the same page!

Got the subwoofer1200watts installed in my car, it is really amazing. Very good sound quality and bass.Definitely would recommend them.

Have an 09 ride that had a barebones factory double DIN stereo head. Needed a major upgrade to that but didnt know who to trust in the near NE Heights after having a really bad install of speakers at the well known old-line car audio shop nearby. Star Audio made a recommendation of a great Pioneer unit and did a fine installation that actually seemed to resolve the acoustic problems from the other shops speaker job. And the backup camera works great ! Only downside, he gave me advice on how to override safety features and watch movies while you drive. People, never EVER watch movies when you drive, ok? Otherwise, a great shop.
