I had a cosplay photo of me taken by a ABQ-Live photographer at a convention in January 2020. Was given their card and said photos would be up on their site in a few weeks. After not seeing photos from that con on both their site and Facebook page after several months, I sent a email asking about them. I received no reply. I messaged again via Facebook a month or two later asking if the convention photos would be posted. Message was seen, but again, no reply. As a cosplayer Im use to not seeing photos being posted or sent, but when its lots of other people not seeing their photos too, thats when I get peeved. Any sort of reply would have been great, but knowing they saw the message and didnt reply is super unprofessional. Its sad to say Im getting use to it with Albuquerque photographers though.-UPDATE-I received a reply email in October of 2020 stating that the photos would be in a online gallery once their website redesign was completed by November 15th. Unless they meant by November 15th of 2021, the website has not been redesigned or even had anything new since September 2020. Ive checked the Facebook since I know they do Flashback Album posts, but still nothing. Other than a few events happening in New Mexico and landscape photos, their feed is mostly cringe memes. I understand the pandemic stopped a lot of events and slowed things, but after all this it just shows how unprofessional ABQ Live the Magazine is!
