My house was HOT and AC wouldnt turn on...called Barbour Heating and Air and Ian was at my house in Jackson within a few hours. Diagnosed the problem quickly and he got it back up and running. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in terms I could understand too.

We initially were fairly pleased with the services we received including our furnace installation. We were told they would fill out our rebate information for us. We have called multiple times now regarding our rebate with no response. Our furnace was installed in Oct. 2020, and we are not pleased with the lack of customer service or response. I even called the actual manufacturer of the furnace ( Bryant) and was told our rebate was mailed to Barbour back in Feb. and given a confirmation number. I have called since and still been given the run around. Each time we have called, a technician takes our info and no one gets back with us.
