Ive been working through this company for 2 years. The Albertville office has always been helpful and generous! Theyve always have taken care of me!

They are trying to take me to court for filing unemployment while I was in quarantine and had covid and the insurance they offer wouldnt even pay for my covid test and left me owing $350. So if you get covid while employeed with them you will be without a job, face a lawsuit, and owe doctor bills if you have their insurance. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

These ladies are amazing and they will put you to work. I went in for an interview and had multiple job offers and was given the opportunity to choose which job I thought was best for me. Her customer service skills makes everything so pleasant regardless of the question or problem.

I wasnt able to take the job they offered me unfortunately due to personal circumstances that arose but they really did try to find something that would fit my needs. Theyre a really nice staff. My only real complaint is that it takes forever when youre in there no matter if there is a full lobby or an empty one.

After taking all the tests & completing all paperwork as well as going thru the interview process, they neglected to tell my significant other that the company they hired him to work for wouldnt allow him to work there due to his background. PSI didnt seem to have an issue with his background. If they wont hire my significant other, then Im not interested either.
