David Nelson is an awesome cleaning machine. This company is a five star rating. All the stains that my dog and grandchildren and exchange students have put.on, drop on and stepped on is totally gone and they do not come back

They did not clean on the scheduled day. The carpet stains were not gotten out or look much better than before the cleaning.

Did a great job ..we had tons of dirt stains and pet stains and he got them all out!! My carpet looks new again!!

Disappointed. I could have rented a machine for half the price and same poor results.
