Me: please fix the power steering and spark plugs all 6 please.Three different mechanics (Bearded, Autows,Keener) say: you need this, that, the other instead.Me: okay fine, paid. 1.5hr up road I need power steering. You know brakes go out w/ power steering and could have killed me. I could sue three mechanics this weekLivid wits end!Fyi; every mechanic on the Marshall County Alabama Mountain has a fleet of dead vehicles they will not fix that does not mean they will fix your vehicle they pull in the garage. NOTICE they have a collection of broken down vehicles and want more.

Over charged for parts,Did shady work, rebuilt transmission and still leaks after a return visit.Damaged parts. Didnt do work as requested. I do not trust this man and would not recommend him to anyone.Beware of his reviews, he ask friends and family to write good reviews.

Took two weeks, to get my truck back that they were suppose to get to in two days, didnt put my console completely back together, made my truck think that the E brake was activated, when it was not. They broke my battery terminals, and didnt replace them, also my starter went out, was late getting to work because of the work they told me they had finished was not completed.

Charged me $108.00 in labor to replace a main fuse and swap a battery in my truck. Ive watched videos that said it should take no longer than 15 minutes at max to replace the fuse and 10 minutes for the battery at max. They charged my husband over $400.00 to replace his alternator and check his catelac converter. WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Took my car in took 3 days and kept coming up with excuses. Did not fix right took back took 4 days and kept making up excuses. Got vehicle back and had to replace parts that they screwed up. I was out $200 on labor and 7 days without my vehicle to fix absolutely nothing. Thanks for nothing Brad Bearden.
