I am about to move in here. The apartments seem very nice. Management has been nothing but nice to me. Was able to get a 3 bedroom in about 3 months after applying when everyone else said I could be on a waiting list for a year or more. Rent is cheaper here than anywhere else I found. Thankful to have been able to rent from here so fast!

I currently live here. I personally think that the manager is AWESOME! She is funny, kind and caring. She works with you when you need it. There are rules here and they are enforced which makes sure all tenants are safe and the property is kept like its supposed to, rules are a good thing and Im glad they are in place! The few times we have had maintenance issues, they are addressed and fixed within the week or so. Which is pretty impeccable considering there is so many apartments/buildings here for them to keep up with. Pest control is here every month, we do not have any bug problems. Im very happy with the management, maintenance, and everything else that comes with living here.

Paid application fee, get told Im approved. Ive been called with the same questions over and over again just to be told to they will call me the same day and never do. They did this over and over until one day they just stopped calling. The fee is clearly nonrefundable, and Im out $50 because I had to pay per adult accordig to them. And after a month and a half of trying and calling, no one responds or attempts to call back. Ive never had this much trouble trying to rent.

The manager is very hateful. She is a pain to have to deal with. Very miserable experience here because of this woman. Could be a very nice place if different management took over.

Management is extremely rude to tennants and guests, appliances are not kept in working order, and there are serious trip hazards in the handicap accessible sidewalks. Hvac is not kept in operating order and filters are not changed regularly.

The manager is extremely rude and hateful to guest. The Central unit doesn’t work in my sons apartment and they won’t fix it until it is 70 outside. They have a newborn. The sidewalks have huge trip hazards, the roof is damaged.
