My nails look great. I am a single mom with a disability. I rarely spend money on myself and I felt very uncomfortable. I felt like they were making fun of me the entire time I was there and that they were in a hurry to get me out of there. Part of my disability makes it hard for me to understand what people are saying. Twice they laughed at me when I didnt understand. At one point they said something wrong on purpose and then laughed when I answered wrong.

I love Nail Tech! Missy does a phenomenal job and is a true artist! I have problem toes and she knows just what to do to make them feel wonderful again!! Thank you Missy! See you next time!!! Julie

The massage for legs and feet was fantastic. I really needed help with cleaning and smoothing. He did a thorough job.

Nails done by anothwe business in Austin. Needless to say mu wedding day is tomoreow. Nail Tech got me in to fix there screwed up job. Nail Tech did a awesome job and saved my wedding day again. Will never have anyone else touch my nails. Love them

So happy with their service! All the staff was friendly, they took time and attention on my manicure to make sure the nail shape matched and was what I wanted. I have an event coming up so I really wanted them to turn out well, and they even let me change the color before they did the dip to make sure it’s what I had envisioned - and they turned out perfectly! So happy with them! You do have to be ready to wait for awhile though - someone started the process for taking off my old dip manicure before the manicurist came over to actually do everything.

Everyone was extremely friendly! Probably the best customer service Ive ever had from a nail salon. They were helpful in making recommendations for nail treatments (my job is really tough on my nails) and made suggestions on how to make my manicure last longer. The only reason this wasnt a 5 star review was due to the wait time and I did have some spots where my nail color spilled over into my skin and wasnt touched up. But overall Im very satisfied and will definitely be going back!

Was able to get same day appt and they did a great job on my acrylics and my pedicure.

My friend and I went to grab a quick pedicure this afternoon at 5pm... We asked if they had time and they said they did, so we picked out our colors and waited about 15 mins (not out of line for a walk-in at the end of the day) to be seated. We sat in the message chairs and soaked our feet for over an hour.... OVER AN HOUR! We finally had enough and dried our feet off, stood up, and as we attempted to put our shoes on one of the ladies came over to us from the manicure station urging us to sit down and theyd be with us very soon. 3 hours and $70 later, I have beautiful toenails, the longest mechanical back rub of my life, we had to rework our weekend plans because the other establishment we planned to visit tonight closed at 8pm...Will not revisit.

I have had good nails from here but this last time has really left a terrible mark on me. I paid $40 for a fill with gel polish. First off she pretty much removed the acrylic from previous and burned my nail. Like litterally through it and I discovered this today when that nail broke! She also burned my thumb as well as constantly got my skin. The woman I had was very rough and did not care that my fingers lock up randomly. (Something I cant control) for the $40 I paid, I would have and should have just been patient and waited for my usual tech.

Just got my nails filled, they said they had time, I was in there almost 2 hours, cost me 47 dollars just for a fill, thats before a tip and they dont even look good. this Is my 2nd time going there, first time I got a pedicure and was in there 3 and a half hours.

First pedicure ever. Today they pampered me and gave me peace and relaxation.

They are so expensive for a Fullset and it doesn’t even look good. You guys always over book & have me waiting over an hour until I can get in when I’ve made an appointment to begin with. They never make sure your nails are straight before proceeding ahead. I wish I could leave 0 stars but 1 Star will have to do. Taking my money and business to another place.

Absolutely horrible. I called in a day in advance and booked my appointment that was set for noon. She accepted the time and when I went in for it they said they had no recollection of it. Ended up being stranded with no nails and all salons booked!!
