Sent my husbands ring in because it was half a size to big, they said it would only take one month to get it back. It took a month and a half to get the WRONG ring back. Which this ring was much cheaper than the one we originally bought. Then tries to sell us this one and was completely non apologetic for anything! Guess this is how you are treated after spending over $3000 here! Unbelievable!
