A special gift for our granddaughter arrived broken and we were not able to return or replace the long awaited Christmas present. The full length framed mirror front of the jewelry armoire was broken in 3 pieces and the construction made it difficult to repair. On an outside chance that we could salvage the gift, we called Southern Lock & Glass in Albert Lea. To our surprise they said to bring the item over as they thought they would be able to cut a new mirror and fit it in the frame. What AMAZING people, customer service and end result at a very reasonable price! It is great working with local small business owners who provide such outstanding products and services. Our granddaughter was elated thanks to the people at Southern Lock & Glass. You can be certain that If we need any type of glass or lock service in the future they will get our business.
