I would recommend anyone needing computer work to use this business. I needed my laptop to work faster, they were honest about options to correct the problem. They built a new hard drive for the computer and had the laptop back to me in under 24 hours. This hard drive comes with a two year guarantee which was a nice surprise. Took our daughters chromebook in because it would not charge. It was diagnosed as a bad charger and was offered to purchase a new charger. We knew the charger was operational because it charged other devices with no problems. We were charged $45 for a wrong diagnosis and when we attempted to contact to maybe get a correct diagnosis there was no response.
