Driving cross country and broke down in Albert Lea- no mechanic in town could schedule us in for a week but Sanderson squeezed us in for a fuel pump replacement. We were back on the road the same day. Excellent service, kind people.

On 6/21/21, my daughter and I were returning to Seattle in my 1999 Anniversary Edition Miata, after driving Route 66 from Santa Monica to Chicago. The overheating issue that had plagued us on and off for much of trip reared its ugly head again. Despite being super busy, Aaron Bjorkland and his crew were kind enough to squeeze us in. They were very thorough in running various tests; they found the problem - an intermittently faulty thermostat. It was replaced and we had no further issues on the trip home. THANK YOU SO MUCH

I went for a wheel alignment, when they called to inform me it was done they explained everything done , along with other recommendations, also offered to come pick me up from work. Once at the shop I was given a sheet showing my tire angles prior and after . I am very satisfied with the services of this company. I do most my own vehicle repairs myself, finding somewhere that I can trust has always been an issue, I left feeling confident in work done.

We are very appreciative of Sanderson Auto! Our truck broke down on the Interstate while we were traveling from Wisconsin to Iowa. Although that was not ideal, the crew at Sanderson made it better. Aaron (Service manager) was very professional, all communication was great, prices were reasonable, and the repair was quick. They went above and beyond by shuttling 5 of us (and ALL of our luggage) to a local hotel which took 2 trips! In addition, we accidently left our house key with them. The shop was closed for the holiday weekend and we were going to have to call a locksmith, but the owner made a special trip to deliver us the key at our hotel. Great bunch of guys and highly recommended.

I was able to get my car in right away. They gave me a loaner car while mine was getting fixed. They are a little on the expensive side, but its a great place. Everyone here is very nice and helpful!

Brought my Hyundai there what the transmission problem did not check fluid in transmission call Hyundai they could not fix the problem over the phone sandersons could not fix the car charge me $400 for them to hook up the computer and take it for a test drive also said that they could not find aftermarket parts I look on the internet on phone and found aftermarket parts for the clutch that they said was the problem all over the internet not happy will never take another car there again for as long as I live

I was having car trouble while on a road trip. We were in a hurry to get back on the road and Sanderson got us in right away in the morning. The staff was exceptional, helpful, and efficient. I highly recommend this company to anybody in need of quick service.

My Old Tahoe blew the radiator 2 hours from Minneapolis. Mark was so kind and went out of his way to keep the repair cost down.Their is a reason why so many recommend Sanderson.

Went in for AC recharge. Was told $45.00 for inspection and $20.00-$30.00 for freon. Had the work done, came to pay for it $170.00 bill. The AC Service was $120.00 I was not told that at the start. Then I was told that the cooling fan wasnt working? I took the car home And looked under the hood their was dye every where, cleaned it off. Losing trust I called a different Auto repair place to have the work done. Long story short the cooling fan was working just fine. they told me up front what the cost where and did a great job. Nothing good or bad to say just a lack of trust.

We had took our car because of wheel bearing on one side and then called because our vehicle was ready. Well we brought it home to it making the same noise so took it back to find out they did the wrong side bearing so left our vehicle again. Well finally 2 days later they said our car was ready and so I get ready to go pick up and I get another call saying they drove our vehicle and its still making a noise so it wont be ready until tomorrow and we leave it another day. Come to find out they told us that a break caliper siezed and needed to be replaced so we did that. And they were nice to lend a loaner vehicle I appreciate that but then finally all that mess is done. Well we thought... And our vehicle comes back with horrible even louder noise that you can hear us 3 blocks away. Thank God my uncle is a mechanic and finally had time off to check out our vehicle and fix it the right way.

Price is a little steep but more than worth it for the quality of work they do.

I was a bit put off by this place from the previous review but it was higher rated than the nearby places and one customer that was there assured us that we were in good hands. He couldnt have been more right.About two hours in on our road trip from Minneapolis to California our trucks battery started to do some weird things. We had it tested at OReilys and they told us we needed a new alternator. When we got to we were told we should do more extensive testing to make sure it wasnt a fuse or something less expensive. I wasnt a huge fan of this plan because we were pretty sure it was the alternator and more testing would take more time from our road trip plus would add on $70 to an already predictably expensive repair. We did it anyways though just to be sure but I wish we hadnt since we were right about it being the alternator.Dan and Ryan were very kind and even offered us a ride to a nearby pet friendly hotel which they researched for us to make sure they had rooms available. They were able to do the work relatively quick once the part came in next morning. They were a little pricey but I dont think they were anywhere near three times as much like the reviewer before stated (Although I dont know much about part costs so Ill list the work done and labor charges for the reader to determine that.)Cross checking prices at other places turned up just as much:Replacement for an alternator on a 06 Toyota Tacoma prices from nearby competitors:Car Clinic - $585.00 (with Serpentine belt replacement)They werent as forthcoming with help and the price they gave us was just a rough estimate which they predicted could go up to $800 depending on the labor and type of alternator. We didnt like that their rough estimation couldnt give us a more exact number like Sanderson could.Dave Syverson - $350.00 (w/o Serpentine belt replacement)Although they were cheaper they were unable to get the work done until the end of next week. Plus they werent nearly as friendly and accommodating as Sanderson.What we paid:Sanderson - $360.00 (Parts including the serpentine belt)$241.00 (labor)Total: $601.00 (w/o tax)So overall:PROS: Very professional and friendly. -They go above and beyond to make sure they accommodate your every need. Since we were traveling across the county with two pets this was very helpful.Fast- was able to get the job done in an hour and a half after they got the parts next morningCONS: Expensive (??) - Again, I dont know car parts or labor costs as much so i put what we paid above. It seemed a little more spendy.

Very expensive charged me 26.00 to replace a 2 dollar signal light which I brought with. Other places just charged me ten and threw in the bulb. Will not return.
