After not hearing back from two other custom embroidery/shirt designing companies, I reached out to the staff at Make it Personal. I was out of options and needed custom shirts made by Christmas. I went to their store and brought in my design that I wanted for my shirts. The staff was happy and eager to help make these shirts come to life, and they kept me up to speed on their progress as the shirts were being made. Once I received my order, I was blown away! They came out great and the design was clean and crisp. I will definitely be using this company again if I ever need some work done! 5/5 stars for customer service and quality craftsmanship. Got several shirts made for a church function. They did a wonderful job with all of them. They even sent a preview of what I asked for before it was complete to make sure it was correct. The staff is wonderful and super friendly. I will continue to go to them.

They were able to come through for me last minute.

Bought a bag was told total would be x.xx and that included the monogram. Come to find out my friend was told the same and they then said monograms would be additional 10.00 per bag. We chose not to get them monogramed. After letting the manager know the situation not even an im sorry for the confusion just an oh well thats what we have decided.
