I picked up a Scag a couple years ago from Albemarle Outdoors. Its running excellent. I havent had the first issue with the mower. Recently I have a John Deere zero turn having some issues running, I couldnt figure out what it was and dropped the mower of at the shop on Friday around noon. I got a call on Monday, Independence Day weekend Ill remind you, the mower was ready to go! I wasnt expecting it to be ready for several more days. These guys are the real deal. I went in a few months ago to pick up a weed whacker and again, Brandon steered me to the right one for my use. I will not go anywhere else for my equipment needs. Anyone leaving a review like Lauras, I am convinced that everything in that review is false! Anyone whos been in the business would know better. I have spent time talking to Brandon and his wife and I can assure anyone that those two, and the people working with them are stand up people. Ill add photos later.

Brandon and the rest of the guys are great to work with. I purchased a mower in Oct. 2020 and its everything I was wanting. On the day of delivery, the mower had a very minor fault in the steering system from the factory that was quickly fixed within 30 minutes after delivery at no additional cost. I plan on purchasing much more from this dealership in the near future!

We bought a commercial lawn mower from this company and they sold it to us broken. Literally when we got it home it wouldn’t start up and we even had to blow the tires up when we got home. The parts took forever to ship to the store from the manufacturer and we had to keep taking it back two or three times because the mechanic didn’t have the knowledge to fix the issue. They were extremely dishonest through the entire process because they didn’t want to loose money on their end. Never trust liars. We lost customers being out of work and unable to use the mower for business and weekly customers. We haven’t been able to use the mower and it’s a complete loss until we find someone who can fix it and honor the warranty. Instead we went to their competitor and bought a Wright so we could save the rest of the customers. Do NOT trust these people and this poorly ran business. We spoke with another local as well who owns a business near them and said he hears people all the time complain about issues with this company and he’s very surprised they are still in business. Never again.

I was in the market for a new tractor, preferably a 40 hp. I looked at Kubota, John Deere, Kioti, Bobcat, Mahindra, and Massey Ferguson. The folks at the John Deere dealership acted like they didnt care if they sold a tractor or not and whatever the price was they quoted was what you were going to pay. So, I contacted Brandon at Albemarle Outdoor Supply. He was super nice, wasnt pushy, and appeared to be sincere in helping get the tractor that fit my needs. When it came down to the price/financing, he was great to work with on that accord as well. I ended up with the Massey Ferguson 1735M and its a great tractor. Whats a greater plus, is its turbo charged and doesnt have to Re-Gen like the Deere and Kubota. Anyone looking for a tractor, or mower, owe it to themselves to talk to these guys at Albemarle Outdoor Supply.

Excellent customer service and no pressure sales. I enjoyed the atmosphere and love how we can wait during our service appointment. The amenities are comfortable and love that I can watch TV. I will be back and they have earned my business for life!
