John and his crew were very professional, punctual, respectful, and very skilled at what they do. I had John and his team remove serious mold from my crawlspace which was over 2,500 sq feet. I had purchased the home only 6 months prior and there was no mold found in the inspection so there was confusion on how my crawlspace got mold so quickly but John was able to find the issue immediately and help identify a lot of my concerns like the poor existing water vapor barrier, ground water intrusion, and especially my dehumidifier (which was the main reason for the mold because the refrigerant leaked out). Mold Remediation companies are abundant and can quote you extremely high pricing as well as unnecessary services and costs. You have to be very careful, I had over 4 companies come out and give me pricing and service options. John was by far the most helpful and fair in his pricing. John also has a great service plan to follow up and make sure the mold doesnt come back. I highly recommend John for any mold remediation jobs. He is also available to clean the HVAC system which should be done at least every 5 to 10 years. I have posted pictures of my crawlspace after John finished. It is a world of difference from what the Termite company had before. I highly recommend John and Quality Air Pros.

John and his crew at Quality Air Pros did an amazing job cleaning all my air vents (both inflow and outflow). I can feel the difference in my air quality. My kids seem to wake up more rested and have less puffy eyes. John estimated the service would take about 7 hours to clean my two units, but it took 9 hours due to their attention to detail and how bad my units needed cleaning. I can’t stress enough how professional and how personal it was for them to ensure the cleaning was done to 100% satisfaction. I would argue they went beyond 100% after seeing the before and after pictures. They found old filters and other construction debris inside my air vents which were severely diminishing my air flow. It was more like a miracle to see what they were able to do with the units that had not been cleaned for over 20 years. They were on time, kept me up to date on the work, showed me picture before they started and after they were done, and double (sometime triple) checked all their work. They answer and explained any question that had throughout the process with evidence to prove it as they went along. I am a very satisfied customer and will be cleaning again on my schedule 3 years with Quality Air Pros.

We had been having a problem with excessive dust and allergies in our new home. They sent a technician out the same day I called them to come check our ducts and give us a free quote. It was determined that the ducts had never been cleaned by the previous owners and we scheduled an appointment. The crew was on time and worked throughout the day of our appointment to get the job done. 2 of the workers were former students at the middle school where I work so knowing them personally made me feel comfortable that they’d do a good job. We used John Love and his associates, Christian and Christian, with QAP to install a moisture barrier and floor insulation at our home. John and his team were very professional throughout the process; they did high quality work at a fair price within the expected timeframe. Additionally, the experience exceeded our expectations as they insulated pipes which we were not aware needed extra insulation at no additional cost.

I initially called Quality Air because my dryer vent system was clogged and during that inspection we found mold in the crawl space. John provided quick service at a very fair price to repair the dryer vent system. I had my insurance company inspect under the house as well which they too confirmed the mold.
