The store is filthy. The restrooms are disgusting, the deli part is never cleaned properly, the floors do not look sanitized and so much more. The place needs a thorough cleaning. I have honestly never come across a nice employee and I have been coming for 5 days a week for the last 4 months. Its needs a revamp.

We only came to cancel our membership but for the short amount of time we were there, we saw an employee that stuck out and we wanted to recognize her. Noel was very efficient and courteous at Customer Service. We enjoyed our time there and didn’t have any hassle. She was doing a job that 3 people should be doing. Good job!!

New to this Sams Club. The store is nice, clean, and organized however it takes forever for assistance at the self check out. Expect to wait in line to check out and wait some more if you have issues like buying alchohol. The register will lock up and wait for someone to come check your ID. Then youve gotta wait in line to walk out because someone has to look over your receipt. Kind of defeats the purpose of a self check out 😕

Pretty decent selection, other than rarely do they have any Members mark paper towels. I do like the fact they have a self serve LP gas tank exchange for $14.87. I have beem paying $19.97 @ Lowes. Also I love the Scan & Go on my phone.

Checking and cashing out on my phone is great but then on exiting the store I feel like my item(s) are being checked out again and the wait it toooo long. I dont personally have a problem with the person checking me out but again they have to -touch- three to four items in my cart, come on now, a bit much. You need more cashiers, too.

Pretty busy store, I got Shoyu Ramen , a Honey melon and a few other things but the 2 I mentioned.. perfect.. people are nice and attentive... But wish the app they have does the bar code scan.. tacos were good to 🤣

Let me clarify this, I know that in the COVID era there will be slower shipping and response times on products that are ordered. That being said, I ordered tires 3 weeks ago and they were finally delivered. But here is the biggest problem, when you call customer service or the tire center to check on the status of your order, there is rarely an answer, when there is an answer, the response is pretty generic “ I will check and give you a call in 20 minutes,” and of course there is no call back. This happened an astonishing 8 times in one day. Which tells me out of the few people that are working in customer service and the tire department, there is an extreme lack in communication and extreme lack in customer service, which remind you is their “JOB TITLE”. But just when we though there was no hope and the tires were a lost cause, we got a response…. After we went in person. Well that was great news you would think, we stood there for 20 minutes with no assistance. So I eventually went to customer service and asked the lady if she could please get in touch with someone in the tire center because I’m in need of assistance, her response was an eye roll, a deep breath, and a pause to stare at me for a couple seconds and to close this act out a nice and slow walk to the phone. But hey it worked, a miracle occurred, someone did come to help 10 minutes later. Oh it was glorious times, finally help…. Or not, we just so happened to get an employee who was so entertained with his online poker, which turned a 2 minute checkout to a 15 minute check out. We have been members with sams club for almost 30 years, and it has gone down hill almost every year we have been a member. Now I’m not bashing the entire staff, just those few bad apples, because there are some employees there that are angels and would help you no matter the circumstance. But I believe a few bad apples make an experience a poor experience.

I purchased a shower head that had a price tag of 35.99 on the shelf. After checking out at the register, I noticed it was listed as 49.99 on the receipt. I showed the lady at the door and she told me to go to member services to get this adjusted. I returned to the shef to find that there were two tags in two bays of the store. So, one bay was priced correctly and one was not. The lady at the door said that they should have pulled the tag and I agreed. Members services refused to adjust the price, so I asked to speak to a manager. Patrick the manager came and refused to adjust the price, telling me that anyone can come along a move the tags around. He also stated that the tag has a description on it. I told Patrick that I was going to call a complaint in and he stated that they cannot tell the store what to do. I called the member services corporate number and explained what happened. They corrected the situation and they are going to follow up with the store. Please do not listen to managers when they do not do what is right. Please do not listen to managers when they do not deliver good customer service. It is sad this could not be resolved at the store level and shows poor management and lack of training. This store fails to deliver on customer service and I encourage you as a customer to elevate issues to corporate that they turn a blind eye to.

Almost ran over in the store by this fool on the cart that picks up the products. Told him he needed to slow down as people could get hurt. He said he has his drivers license sarcastically. He continued to speed through the store blowing at everyone who he thought was in his way.

We live an hour away so it wouldCost more to go back. That is not the first time it happened.The cashiers need to pay more attention.. Sams is great for buying in bulk. If you need a large package of one item, or several of the same item in one package, its great. You can get a good deal on anything you need, from frozen meat and potatoes to bags of chips.

Most of there prices are not worth the bulk and can be found cheaper elsewhere. However there are some deals to be found and the gas prices are worth the $45.00 a year club membership. The beer is usually around a dollar or two cheaper and my hot sauce is much cheaper here in bulk.

This afternoon I visited the store and purchased about $50 worth of items. When I got to my vehicle my phone was ringing for the second time. I learned I was needed immediately. Without having any other thoughts I jumped in and left.An hour and half later, all was taken care of, I finally got home, opened back seat of my truck. It was empty! My mind just went blank, what? I thought someone had stolen my groceries. How, I’d been in it the entire time. The phone call came back to me. Oh no, I left them sitting in the buggy, in the parking lot. I couldn’t believe this kinda thing could ever happen to me! It did. I called Sams and spoke to someone at their member’s desk. She told me to bring recipe and I thought they could view their security video and see I had actually left them. While the manager did this, the employee I’d been talking with went outside and returned with another employee. He said he saw me on the phone, get into truck and drive off leaving my groceries. He got my buggy and took it to the cooler where I guess the p/u items are kept while awaiting for customers. Anyway, he said, that guy left in a hurry, he’ll be back.I was so grateful for the 2 employees, because Sams aren’t responsible for any items once they leave the building, which makes sense. Thanks for your customer service. Sams should recognize these 2 employees and point it out to others in their meetings. Customer service is almost extinct today in many businesses. The truth is, they actually enjoy their job which makes them better employees! I left the groceries at about 4 pm and returned at 5:30 pm on 2/19/21...Thanks!

Unprofessional!! I ordered a Nintendo Switch on April 29th and scheduled a pickup for 5/1. At the time of purchase the unit was available. The unit was not pulled and put to the side. I called the day of to confirm the unit was there because I was not notified of the unit being pulled. The guy told me the unit does not get pulled until the appointment time. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. If the unit would have been pulled when I purchased on 4/29, I would have been able to have my purchase. Now, I am unable to find a unit that isn’t marked up ridiculously high. Although I would’ve had to drive 3-1/2 hours to pick the unit up, I would have still have it. This is totally unacceptable!!!
