The front counter is great. The warehouse people are terribleThere service and skill is absolutely horrible you will sit in there yard for a hour while everyone runs away and avoids helping you..

My experience with White Cap AH Harris is they gouge prices to the extreme. If you need any concrete additives or tools save yourself a TON of money and order them online. For example: Masterkure ER 50 evap reducer is $139.99 - 189.99 online. At this place its $362.00! Complete non-sense! Buy online, thank me later. Its terrible business practice to raise the cost of a product so much higher than the MSRP. Shame on these fools!

Decent place , will have what you need but when you say open at 630 am open at 630 am. People drive a distance to get here and end up sitting in the parking lot until they feel like opening the doors. Reliability and timeliness are top priority for a good business.

Called multiple times to be put on hold for over half hour, finally when someone did answered, they werent helpful at all and rude. Not sure how this place is still in busniess, when you can get better customer service and prices elsewhere.

Chris always finds what I need for concrete work. Itook of one star because theyre busy, so sometimes it takes a little bit to get loaded up.

Truckers be careful! Worst place to deliver takes more than 4 hours just to deliver.

If youre delivering here, they have room for one truck at a time, and dont show up before 9:00 am.
