I would give zero stars if I could. I will never go back here. The lady in charge is so condescending and rude. Dont waste your time.

I wont be back due to very Curt and impersonal attention to possible tax deductions. But I was in a hurry, so thats my own fault.This was my first time back here.in many years and previously manager Donna was very personable and friendly. That era has come and gone. I actually had some papers tossed back at me during the initial appointment. Very rude.I believe there were deductions for donations that could have reduced my taxes, but that was disregarded as trivial.If you dont come with a plan you you should not expect extra.Fees for a simple return were also quite expensive. Next time someone else.

This place did great! They were very knowledgeable and asked a lot of question to ensure your taxes are prepared right. I received my largest tax return ever this year!

Ive used the Donna Banks Income Tax Service for more than 10 years. They are always quick, courteous and efficient. I couldnt be more satisfied with their service.

I will NEVER use this service again. One of my referrals went in to have her taxes done and was treated horribly. She actually left there in tears! She was accused of every thing from tax fraud to being a bad mother and a slacker. I will NEVER go back and NEVER refer anyone else to this place. Absolutely amazing they can stay in business and with such unprofessional communication.
