Definitely overcharges. Knowledgeable but seems to use it to her own advantage. A bit janky with her conversation. Fast talker. Youd be better off finding another place.

Very knowledgeable, but overcharges customers. Charged me $570 for a simple tax return. And beware of that audit protection she gives you, because she secretly adds an $100 charge to your bill for it. She is 100% paperless so you wont even know youve been charged until you go home and view the disk she downloads your return onto.
