Both owners, Mark and Joe, are very easy to work with and are very knowledgeable about their products.We covered a huge area in the backyard surrounding our deck and pool with antiqued stamped concrete. The team that came to our house to work was above and beyond skilled and professional! They took such care to get the proper slope going away from the house foundation and put up barriers to keep the deck, house, pool house and pool free from spattering cement. The final product looks amazing.This is the second time we have used American Design. The first was to do our front walkway. After 5 years and following the recommended sealing upkeep, it still looks like it was put in yesterday! I wish I could give them 10 stars because they deserve it.

Plenty of parking, limited but pointed design displays, plenty of samples and literature to help with design choices, and extremely experienced owners and build team. These guys have all the talent and heavy equipment to create, design, and install your dreamscape!

Took the recommendation of my pool company in having American Design come out to do a new pool apron and patio. Read their reviews and please with everything at that point. WELL NOT IN THE FINISHED PRODUCT! I should have known something was not right when the foreman on the job asked me if I wanted it to be stamped. I said no as we wanted it to match a concrete sidewalk that was already there and were OK with the brushed finish. Well there may have been a reason he asked because the final product does not show well at all. Marc came out to look at the job and said that sometimes the concrete comes out to be 75% and other jobs 110% so in the end, we never know what we get. Well I guess I got the 75% or LESS quality work done. POSITIVE THAT THE OWNER WOULD NOT WANT THIS AT HIS HOUSE. The final piece to the renovation project and it does not show well at all. It is rough on your bare feet around the pool and is not an even finish. I truly believe it is not going to hold up at all. Negative reviews also from friends that have seen the work done questioning who did this job. Considering work done by American Design? Wish you could see my job first.

Great highly skilled crew and very fair price.

We had a stamped concrete walkway and steps put in and are thrilled with them. They look fantastic and really add a great fresh look to the front of the house. The guys doing the work are wonderful as well. You can really tell that they take pride in their work. We will absolutely be recommending them to friends.

ADC Maxon did a wonderful job on my concrete walkways and patio. Marc and Jeremiah were great to work with. They showed up when they said they would, gave me great ideas and options I wouldnt have known about otherwise, and made everything look so nice. The crew was pleasant, polite and professional. You could tell they really care about the work they do and try to do the best job possible. I would recommend them to anyone, and already have recommended them to many of my neighbors who came over to admire the work.

They put in the concrete around our pool over 3 years ago. It was a wonderful experience. The entire project was completed quickly and professionally. We have a beautiful backyard and they are to thank for the amazing stamped concrete job.

I do not say this lightly, as I am a former contractor myself, but they did an amazing job. We had them put in a sidewalk, and I have never had a contracting company be more communicative and professional. Their formeman and crew went above and beyond, and the foreman was one of the best that Ive ever had a chance to work with. The owner was quick with the estimate, and was right on with his time frames thank you. Their work is super nice and the details are and small items all look great. Their crew kept their language very clean, which I appreciate having a little one who was watching them. I very highly recommend them

Mark and his crew have installed several patios for me over the years to include two reinforced hot tub patios. None of my patios or hot tub slabs have cracked/settled. I loved working with American Design & Contracting. It was a wonderful experience. They installed my patio quickly and had their own equipment. Marc was very professional going through the process with us. He was available anytime when I got a question (even after working hour). His team and he are the best of what they do. Not to mention his price was the most reasonable in the area (I had quoted from 3 companies). I never rated any companies on google but I have to do it for them to let people know that they are very good.

We had a WONDERFUL experience with American Design! Our paver patio came out better than we envisioned. We actually had a less expensive quote from another company but it was obvious that American Design was the right choice. In addition to a patio we had several stone staircases installed. Every stone was meticulously placed. It was amazing to watch the transformation of our backyard. Thank you!

ADC installed a walkway and did a bang-up job! Guests comment on it favorably. But when the snow melted this year I found a few inches of concrete had crumbled away. Four months of waiting and three reminders to them bring me no reply. The installation crew does fine work and the customer service guys could learn from them.ADC did not call to arrange a visit and you did not knock at the door when you came. So I dont know how you know that it the concrete crumbled owing to salt. And you dont say anything about what a repair involves. I think youre giving me a brush-off.

I wish all contractors could be as professional and honest as American Design and Contracting. They worked like it was their own house. I love my patio, it looks amazing. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

We had a stamped concrete patio installed in August. They just finished installing a retaining wall. The company was a pleasure to work with? They went above and beyond what we expected. The patio and wall look great. I highly recommend this company.

Less than 6 months after sidewalk was poured it heaved and moved our garage door jam because the concrete was poured too close to the house.We have a huge crack all the way across the sidewalk. We called the company and they don’t do repairs or apparently stand by their work. We had a repair concrete company come and look at it he said to leave the crack or have the sidewalk removed and replaced. This year the front walk is crumbling. Run don’t walk away from this company their work is poorly done and they fix nothing.

They were very polite! They did excellent work and their price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them again!

The stamped concrete fades very quickly, we had it resealed for 350.00 and it was worse the next year. They do not stand behind their work. When I called to ask he said I would have to pay 350.00 each year to gave it resealed. Very disappointed.

I went thru hell with concrete contractors this year. I was about to give up! Then I found American design thease guys were great. They did what I wanted and worked with me on laying out the job to perfection and always called me back when I had questions. If you want quality work at competitive prices look no further!
