Besides being great at their craft, this company is HONEST and fair. I recently had a riding mower stop working on me. Being a senior and living alone, and knowing nothing about mower repair, they could have taken me to the cleaners. Instead, the fixed the minor problem in a half hour, and determined that the mower didnt need a tune-up,and returned it to me in less than a week.Their prices are more than reasonable, and they will defiantly be my go to place for small engine repair!

Just Jakes did an amazing job on our really old mower (from the mid-90s). They gave it a tune up, installed a new blade and cleaned it up as well. I didnt even recognize it when I came to pick it up. It runs perfectly. First pull start every time. Pricing was fair and upfront. They do it right. Takes me 25 minutes to get there and its worth every second of that drive.

Being a small business owner, I need all my equipment running properly and at its peak. I rely heavily on a generator to power my food truck and when it wouldnt start, I was frantic. Especially after doing what I could from fuel treatments and changing out the spark plug, it simply wouldnt start. This guy will get it done for you. Sometimes it takes a while to get your equipment back to you but its because he is so busy. He is honest and upfront about how long it takes. He has trouble finding good help to assist with his high standards. But I would wait to get it done right. I have bought small parts and gotten free advice that helped immensely. 4 stars only for the wait. Definitely recommend!

Jake and his crew did Great work on my lawn mower. I brought it pretty used and dirty it came out of his shop ready to work and looking brand new. Job was done before deadline too. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. I tried to call them to arrange to drop off my rototiiller and the message machine said you can drop off equipment for repair during normal business hours. I rounded up some help to load the tiller into my truck and drove 20 miles to drop it off. When I got there the guy at the desk said they wouldn’t take it because they were too busy. I told him to change the message on their phone and thanked him for wasting 2 hours of my time.

In a world of throw away, buy new mentality, Jake has helped restore my faith in humanity regarding the repair business. I now have a go too experienced mechanic to fix all my small engine equipment. Jake is exactly the kind of guy I wish every mechanic was. I felt like he was genuinely excited about helping me out, and had that air about him like he is doing exactly what he wants to be doing with his life. I was extremely happy with the work he did, and just as happy with the price.

The owner tried to charge me for warranty work and also did additional maintenance without running it by me for approval. Tried to charge me for that, too... Not returning.

I have an older lawn mower that was left out over the winter. My husbands solution buy a new one, but our tenant needed to use it and it wouldnt start. Found Jake online and he was very professional. He not only fixed the pull line, gave the engine a tune-up he strengthened the handle that felt like it might fall off. Mower was 100% better.
