J&J were very timely and professional with their service. Our homes septic tank was filled and sewage water was coming out of most drains in our home. If there were negative stars I’d happily give them. After an apparent successful drain field installation, we had a backup into the house after a year and a half. Contacted J&J to come out and see what the issue was. Multiple time frames and promises were made about coming out but they did not stick to their word. One of their employees finally came out and after assessing, thought it could be a drain field issue (they stated we shouldn’t have any problems for “40 years). This employee actually told me he thought the drain field was improperly designed. Upon further assessment, he also discovered the main line pipe to the tank had some sort of unexplainable concrete between the two. Now mind you this is something they also worked on while the drain field was put in. The tech said in his 14 years of experience he had never seen something like this and further told me this was likely improperly done. I cannot even fathom the level of incompetence, lack of customer service and empathy this company has displayed through this experience. My wife and I just had a baby this past week and they have caused unneeded stress during this happy time. I cannot tell people enough how much to avoid this company. They will not stand behind their work nor do they care about the customer.Final note- their septic warranty is only good for a year which is definitely not the 40 years of no issues I was promised verbally.

I cant possibly say enough about this company, the owner and the technicians in this short amount of space given. As a property manager, its my main duty to ensure my tenants enjoy their units and our building to their fullest capacity. Today we fell victim to a water main leak. Chuck and his crew were here within an hour of my call. They were able to diagnose, make stops to multiple locations for tools and materials, repair the issue and restore the water to our building within 3-hours of my call. While our tenants were aware the water had to be turned off to the building, the work was done so quickly that it didnt affect anyone. Great customer service, incredible work ethic and knowledge - cannot be beaten! Thank you, J&J, for making our first experience with your company so stellar. Wow! I had a lot of work to be done in my new home: I needed a new water heater, a washer/dryer install, and they needed to do some other stuff to get everything safe (its an old house, the old water heater didnt even have a release valve). These guys got it done at a reasonable price! Bonus: very friendly and courteous (thanks so much for getting rid of that dead cat you found in the crawl space for me, talk about above and beyond!).All that is left to do is to come out tomorrow to clean out the drain pipes. I have no doubt that that will get completed to the same solid, quality standard. I could not recommend these guys more! They will be my go to for all of my plumbing needs. This is overdue, but J&J is an excellent company that I would highly recommend. Ive used them twice (and will be calling them tomorrow morning for another, completely unrelated issue) and have had exceptional experiences both times. Literally, both times I have had to call for a plumber, Ive had guests in town and it was on the weekend. Both times, they showed up within an hour, quickly figured out the issue, and fixed it (once in a December rain storm, to boot), and charged me very reasonable prices. Highly recommend them, without reservation. Nobody likes a plumbing emergency, but these guys make it very easy and reasonable to deal with!

If you use this company and have a problem I believe he will make it right.Original:Charged 127.00 for diagnostics took five minutes and nothing is wrong. Every other plumbing company is charging 85.00 per hour. You can save money by going elsewhere. They refused to tell me their hourly rate on the phone. They said estimates are free. They were the only plumber available on the same day. Now I know why. All lies very shady company that hides all pricing.

They work late until the job is done. Both times they were quick to come out. Polite and fairly priced too!

J and J were very fast and efficient. Took care of my systems issues and pointed out other issues that needed attention. I would definitely call them again if any problems arise. Great company!

They installed my septic system - overcharged me and did a poor job - wire from pump to outlet spliced and buried without conduit -kept tripping GFI plug and eventually caused the pump to need replacing but only after 3 years of problems!! There were several issues right after the install - I had to call multiple times to get them to come out and they over charged me and said because of the long drive time - no warranty applied! They overlooked the entire spliced wire issue - which I could not even get a return call from them to find out the brand of the pump - so I could get it replaced by different installer - - they just ignore my calls. I dont like to be negative about any company - they may do great work for some customers - - but they really did a bad job for me - unfortunately for me!!!

The problem was fixed to our satisfaction. They spent the time to make sure everything was ok before they left. Would recommend there services.

No problem taking money. After 2 weeks past the scheduled date to come out here, we called and finally he came out 2 days later. He was supposed to pull a permit and test our soil and a few other things. He poked 2 holes in the ground and smelt it and said the pipes are probably here and left. He was supposed to come BACK out with a lady from the health department to test the soil and do everything (so the first trip was for absolutely nothing) we called the lady directly after another week, she knew nothing about this. we explained to her what was going on and said noone contacted her but she charged less than what we paid J&J so she came out THE DAY we called her. and we requested a refund from this place.

Fast service on our clogged sewer line, they came right out to our house and was friendly and answered all questions that we had, best of all the price was very affordable, we expected the bill to be much higher. Big shout out to Jackie the tech that came to our house.

Terrible job. They came out and pumped the septic tank. They didnt give me a report or tell me what was wrong. I had to call and find out what all was wrong. I have had multiple problems since they came and they want to charge me to come back and check it out.

Terrible service!! Stay away!! Bad Business!!! Bad Communication!! I purchased brand new GE appliances (Dishwasher, Cooktop and Microwave/Stove Wall Unit Combo) from JCPenney and JCPenney hired J&J Enterprises LLC to do the install of the appliances. I received a call from JCPenney after the delivery of the appliances on Dec 5th, 2016 that J&J Enterprises was hired to do the install of the appliances on Dec 6th and J&J Enterprises would call to schedule the installation.I received a call from J&J Enterprises at 10 am on the 6th informing that they would be out that day to perform the installation of the appliances. All day went by with no show, no phone call stating they could not make it, so no installation was performed the day of the 6th (again, no show, no call).I finally called J&J Enterprises on the 7th and they were very apologetic for not showing up and blamed it on the bad weather on the 6th but stated they guaranteed someone would be out on the 7th to install the appliances. Around 3 pm, a worker from J&J Enterprises showed up and stated he was there to install my dishwasher. He was very professional and completed the installation of the dishwasher. I asked him about the other appliances (Wall Unit and Cook Top) and he said he didnt install those items, that it was a different division that did the electrical but that they should be out later to complete it. Called J&J Enterprises and again was informed someone would be out to my residence to complete the installation. Well, again, no show, no call.Dec 8th, 2016, I get in contact with J&J Enterprises at 10 am and again, they were very apologetic and advised that they didnt know what was going on but AGAIN guaranteed someone would be out on the 8th to perform the installations. I get in contact with JCPenney at 10:20 am concerning the installation and they get in contact with J&J Enterprises and they are advised the same information that they guaranteed someone would come out to complete the installations but could not give an estimated time that someone would arrive but that they would call before arriving. At 3 pm I receive a follow up call from JCPenney asking if anyone had arrived to complete the installation, which I replied NO. JCPenney once again contacted J&J Enterprises, who advised that they still guaranteed someone would come out to complete the installation. At approximately 4:30 pm I get a knock on my door (no call ahead of time as I was advised, just showed up unannounced) and its the electrician from J&J Enterprises advising rudely he was there to install my stove. He walks in the house (with his girlfriend, totally unprofessional!!) and advises that he cant install any of these items and that it will take 6 hours to complete the installation and that it was a two man job. He said Dec 9th would be the earliest he would be able to complete the job but that he could not complete it today. He said he has to go outside to make a phone call and then leaves his girlfriend in the house with me.He comes back in the house and said he called his boss and then advises me again that there was no way they could do it today but that it would be tomorrow (Dec 9th) before they could do the installation. I tell him that I have taken off from work on the 3 days that his company has GUARANTEED that they would complete the installation. His advise to me was I guess just call us when YOU get the time for us to do the installation. WHAT? I took off work on days that J&J Enterprises said they guaranteed the installation of my appliances and they wanted me to take off another day for an additional day of failed guarantees, no shows, no calls!!So I attempt to call the owner of the company at their company number and I get NO ANSWER!! Very unprofessional, no calls, no shows, showing up to residence unannounced without a courtesy phone call that they were coming, no timelines set of when they would be able to perform the work or when they would show up. Just tell you that they will show up sometime during that day and they just show up when they want to.

Let me have your addr., name, and number and Ill dispatch someone out there right awayMON Afternoon: called to check-up and got an office receptionist, Let me get your number and someone will call you right away Noone called, and further attempted calls that day resulted in no answer and no voicemail.TUE Morning: called early and received 1st contact again saying yesterday was extremely busy, Ill re-route one of my guys to you today Noone shows.... again.TUE Evening: I leave a message on 1st contacts voicemail asking him to call me ASAP. I never heard from him or this company again.BAD communication, BAD business, BAD work ethic. Stay away.

In the aftermath of the Albany catastrophe, a weakened wall fell sand sheared off an exterior spigot. Mr. Bishop got there during late hours, in the cold and dark and found a way to get into the brick wall and seal the leak.

Dont go to them for warranty work. After my initial discussion, I thought they were going to cover the parts. When the guys showed up, they said I needed to go buy a water heater. I got the wrong one and the warranty was voided.
