I recently sold a house with the help of NWRC and it was such a great experience for me that I would enthusiastically use them again. I had used other realtors in the past few years trying to sell but it was not successful. NWRC made the sale quickly and as handsfree as possible. They have a few plans, ways you can sell, there is no pressure on which to use and you can switch strategies easily. I started out thinking I would do home-by-owner and then realized that with work that was not a good choice for me. So I switched to Gary selling it for me.
