Always love the staff and my experience. They keep things clean and organized. I love my nail tech. I wont go to anyone else.

I got a pedicure done today the person that did my toes shares the same tools with other workers without disinfecting them. Explain to her that I wanted a certain person which was a gentleman to do my nails because he did It before. when I sat down thinking that she will pass that information on. Someone else walked up to me and asked me was I next. I explained to her that I was waiting on the gentleman they told him the gentleman turned around and said that he was book for the rest of day in a very untasteful way. Very embarrassed a little disappointed because it is always a way to tell a person that you unavailable. I paid for my pedicure 😌 and went home.

Whenever I come to Albany and nees my nails done I head over to Walmart and visit Regal Nails. My feet was done by Cindy. She is very thorough and has great hands to massage. My feet feel like butter. My nails were done by Jackie. He is the very bestHe got rid of a lot of old acrylic that wasnt cute. He knew just what I meant when I said I dont like the shape of the fill at the cuticle line. Absolutely perfect. Go see thia crew. They know their customers well and are super friendly.

Dont go at 10 and expect them to be open. It is now 10:40 and I stood there for a few minutes before they got off their phones to speak with me. Then I was informed that the coworkers wont be there til after 11 so Id still be waiting. Obviously, I left.

I waited outside their door for 30 minutes. The sign says they open at 10:00. It is now 10:30. Inconsiderate!

Absolute worst customer service and quality ever. I have been to NUMEROUS nail salons across the southeast and have never been to one with this type of poor service. I will NEVER go here again because this is my third time trying them out and each time was worse than the previous time. Some of the staff is extremely unprofessional and the pedicures are done very poorly, NO leg message at all! Without saying much more, I will end by saying if youre considering going here and you wish to have great customer service and a great finished product, I recommend you continue looking because this IS NOT the place!Signed,Looking for a GREAT NAIL SALON!

I am traveling fir work in Albany. I didnt have time to get my nails done before I left home. I called Regal nails to make sure they offered the dip nails. They said yes so I made my appointment.I shoukd have walked out when I saw how filthy the salon was but I wanted to give them the benefit of tge doubt. The manicurist that I was set up with did not know what she was doing. I asked her multiple times not to make my nails too thick but she continued to ignore my request. Then she began arguing with another manucurist in the salon in a foreign language that went on for about 20 minutes. I asked several times to stop the service and remove the globs of dip from my nails so I coukd go somewhere elsecto get them done the right way. They woukd not stop and insisted I pay for a service that I was not happy with. 50 dollars andv2 hours later I left very unhappy.

Price for food not cool. 10. Bucks for 6 oyster which was soggy. They have a all u can eat Tuesday/Saturday no one knows unless u ask.

Teesa gave me THE BEST pedicure I have ever had in the Albany/ Leesburg area. My toe nails were ACTUALLY cut STRAIGHT for a change. I now have a new salon!My brows were shaped by another associate and I am totally impressed. See you in two weeks!

Got acrylics and my thumb was bumpy on the side. After a few days the polish that was originally white turned a little yellow and discolored. Other than that my nails were fine. For the acrylic and toes it was $50 dollars. Not too bad just watch when they are evening out your nails.

I had the best nail experience ever! About a month ago I went to the only nail salon here in Albany that had a 5 star rating from a lot of people and got acrylic nails with gel color for the first time. At this salon, I specifically asked for coffin shaped nails, but ended up with square nails and a color that didnt look as advertised. So a month forward, on Friday (Aug 17), I called Regal nails to see how much it would cost for an acrylic fill in plus gel color. The man who answered the phone was extremely polite and told me walk ins are always welcome. So I went in later that day. I only waited about a minute before he started on my nails. Long story short, he took care of everything. He reshaped my nails to an actual coffin shape and made sure my nails looked their absolute best. I was so skeptical before trying this salon due to the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. They are affordable and do beautiful work. This will definitely be the only nail salon I go to in the future. I highly recommend! And btw, I never write reviews. He did such a good job compared to the other salon, that I just had to give them 5 stars. If I could give more, I would.

UPDATE: I FOUND OUT THIS SALON LIED TO ME. charged me $40 for a gel overlay. I went to another shop to get them redone and they told me I had an ACRYLIC overlay and was fooled smh.INITIAL REVIEW. Minus 1 star for sloppiness. 4 stars because I was greeted immediately, my nails are cute and I was serviced IMMEDIATELY, not wait (645pm on a Thursday). My nails are cute from the top but if you look underneath it looks like a toddler did them. My nail tech Kim was very sweet and she took her time, but I did have to correct her on shaping a few times. I got a gel overlay ($40) and most of my nails were pretty long but 2 were shorter because they broke a couple days before. I wanted to keep my length but because of shaping and correcting I left out with short nails. I had been growing my nails for like 2 months and now my nails barely come over my finger. But Im sure they will grow...no problem. I will likely go back because they stay open late and are located at Walmart, plus although the underneath is a hot mess, my nails look natural and pretty.

I love going here,and everytime I go I get the same nail tech. Today she was busy and I couldn’t wait because I had to be back at work. So I end up going to someone new. I can’t remember her name, but I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails, she looked at it and said I can do that, so I was like ok. Long story short it ended up being all the way wrong and it was a simple design not something out of the ordinary. After she tried like 3 different times, she finally said she couldn’t do it so I told her just paint the nail the same as the others. I was a little upset because I didn’t get what I wanted and paid $5 dollars extra, for a thumb nail repair that she did, that ended up being extremely shorter to the other thumb. Their nail repair is $3, I paid 5!!! I love this salon, but the service I had today was awful. Not saying I won’t be back, but I will not work with the tech I had today!

Love this salon. They are all friendly. I may have to wait for a little bit but its worth it. The prices are reasonable and Terry is the best. Very conveinent as its right inside Wal-Mart.

I always go to Terry for my nails, toes polished and brow wax, hes great.

Always come here when i need my nails done but, here lately my experince with them is horrible. They have a attitude about things, would not do my little sisters nails bc of a past inncident highly suggest finding somewhere new

Worst customer service I went in for a fill in on my overlay and it was cracking in two days. Upon going back in I was chastised saying that they didnt see anything wrong with the nails. This place will do a half of job take your money and get mad with you the customer because youre not satisfied. They hate to accept fault in their actions.
