I have followed Ashley and her Mom since the retreat. They are both the sweetest. Ashley has worked on my hair and it always looks amazing. Amanda is my girl & she has waxed my eyebrows & done my nails they always turn out amazing 🤩 I always recommend this place.♥️

The ladies were all very friendly. Shawna did an amazing job on my hair. All of the Covid cautions were followed. I felt very comfortable there!

I shouldnt say good things about L&L because its already hard for me get an appointment. Theyre often booked for good reasons. They are nice, and they make people look and feel better. Should you decide to go, please book an appointment NOT in the late afternoons, because thats when I like to go and I get sad when I cant.

If i could give 0 stars i would I confirmed my appt. With multiple emails from Ms. Heidi Powell and when i arrived for my appt. No one had a clue as to why i was there and after there mistake they didnt even fit me in super annoying especially since i drove pretty far in order to have a nice hair cut NEVER AGAIN WILL I MAKE AN APPT HERE!!

First time at this salon and the service was amazing! I had my eyebrows waxed done by Ashely, and she made me comfortable & my eyebrows turned out beautiful!The salon is cute & professional! Modern/updated style! Love it!I will be going there for eyebrows & I am going to be booking an eye lash extensions appointment here soon!

Absolutely adore Kristen Olsen!! Ive been to a few different salons and Im always left kinda unhappy. Incredibly happy I found Kristen - she colors my hair perfect every time!! She also does kiddos too, my 3 girls love her and shes so sweet with them... She even just colored my oldest daughters hair! 🙌❤️😊 If youre looking for a new lady - give her a try... you wont be disappointed!

Edited to add: I am so shocked by your lack of customer service. No I will not be returning. Ashley who had bleached my hair previously had SAID perming it again would be a bad idea because of the already damaged hair. Since my hair was already damaged I did not trust her to damage it further. The entire process did not even take an hour so I’m not sure why I would jump so much in price. I really wish I could somehow report you as a business because I feel like I have been stolen from and cheated. The perm I had received from another salon was 100 times better than this.I came in on January 28th for a perm. Service only took one hour. Two days later I showered and styled my hair and the perm had not taken at all. I came back into the salon so Ashley could see my hair and she agreed that it did not take. I only received a half refund on the $100 service (advertised as $85 on website) I also tipped $20 not knowing I would leave with nothing but damage to my hair. I have tried to contact the salon as well as Ashley and they refuse to give me a full refund. I can not explain how upset I am with the service I have received. I would just like my money back as I did not receive what I paid for at all. I will not be recommending nor returning.

Sierra is amazing for lash extensions. I haven’t seen her for anything else yet but I guarantee she’s great at the other things she offers too, her Instagram shows high quality work. I always feel comfortable and she’s easy to talk to. She is quick at what she does too which is a bonus as well. Her mister broke right before my appointment so we did an alternative method to set lashes and unfortunately they didn’t hold well, so she brought me back in to remedy the situation as soon as possible which I really appreciated. I recommend her to everyone I know and will continue to see her for my lash needs! :)

Sierra does such an amazing work. I leave satisfied and feeling beautiful after she does my lashes. She holds a great conversation and does an excellent job!

Kristen freshened up my look with a hair cut and color that I love! She is upbeat, professional and friendly. I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived at the salon.

Sammy is amazing. Shes been doing both my hair and my wifes hair for quite a while now. She also did our wedding and we couldnt be happier.

My MIL and I followed Ashley and Kayla from the retreat in Corvallis. I LOVE this salon. Not only is everyone ( and I do mean every single person) so friendly and nice. They really listen to you and what you are wanting. I went in for an awful color correction it was muddy and blue. Ugh...Hailey (sp) did an AMAZING job not only hiding the blue but I was able to leave with a funky fun color because she did such an amazing job. Its a small gorgeous shop and is so comfortable and relaxing while you get any service done. Also..for the severity of my color correction the price was great! We have another appt set up in just a couple weeks. I cant wait to go back.

I got my eyelashes extensions done and completely love them! Sierra is great and so professional. Will definitely be back :)

I do NOT recommend this salon. I was a loyal client with the lash lady for the longest time. I even trusted one of their hair stylist to cut my hair for the first time in three years. Well their new stylist decided to throw a giveaway on her instagram @cutandcolorbykat I was notified that I won the giveaway. Immediately I thanked her and let her know Sierra did my lashes before I moved away (I’m now back) and how excited I was. A few days go by of trying to find a time to schedule and then finally we found the time that worked for both of us. YES! FINALLY!.... or so I thought. I was then informed the giveaway prize was getting taken away from me because “the giveaway was specifically for new clients and my boss said no” BUT NO WHERE did the the giveaway state for new clients of the salon only. This was a rule they MADE UP after already PROMISING ME A FREE CUT AND COLOR. This is a SCAM. This salon is SCANDALOUS. Instead of dealing with the issue the RIGHT way the salons account and the stylist blocked me on Instagram. This salon is SHADY.

Hayley is an awesome stylist. Love that she totally gets the style I am going for each appointment.

Pretty nice inside, bathroom is a struggle, no toilet paper had to use paper towels 😅 Gettin your woman eye lashes here will make her happy, but it aint cheap 🤗

They got me in fast and beutiful shop. Prices web site Do not match charges. I got a patial color with trim and my daughter got a trim, (1-2 inches in both if us at most)website quote 60 for waeve and 25 for junior haircut.They charged me for a color $20 more then quoted and charged $44 each for our haircuts. This place needs to be more clear on prices. With 20% top my total was 206. Ridiculous ! Cuts always come with color not an additional charge. They advertise resonable rates, my advice get your price quote in writing first, dont get scammed like I did. Lesson learned.
