Excellent service. Attendants were very attentive to what I wanted in my pedicure and manicure. Extremely pleased. Will be going back when it is time for my nails to be done again.

Basically, they were rude, they took forever and i called ahead asking was it room for me and my friends and they said yes, and when i got here he told me i had a hour wait...like how? but yes i wouldn’t recommend them at all until they learn how to talk to their customers correctly

The pedicure was the only thing worth the 50$ but my nails are NOWHERE NEAR How I asked them to be. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They talk so fast to you , you don’t know what they are asking you So u don’t know what to say. I hate my nails & he still charged me 50$ without fixing them. Never again. When I asked about pricing , he was almost whispering like he didn’t want anybody else to know or something. The prices were not visible & he doesn’t charge everybody the same. Never again

Lee was my technician on my visit. He was very attentive and made it a point to memorize my name. The foot massage was the best Ive ever received at a nail salon. Not sure what happened with the negative reviews Ive seen posted but I really enjoyed my first time there experience. Will return.

I told the guy I wanted ombré nails pink and white with the coffin nail shape he told me he could do it. He was in such a rush he messed up the shape. Didn’t do the right ombré color he did a very light pink and a nude pink if I could upload the picture I would my nails look horrible I will never go to them again. Now I’m going out of town with messed up nails

I just moved to Albany and was looking for a good nail salon. I visited here and they have the best pedicures. The ladies really take their time and give an awesome foot massage. Best massage Ive ever had at a nail salon. Only place I go for pedicures.

The customer service is ABOVE anything you have experienced. You will leave feeling refreshed and will tell everyone you know about the experience you had there.Dealing with pain from military injuries, I go to get pedicures and the relief is AWESOME!!!!Most places care about the money...they care about how you feel!!!!

I absolutely loved the place and had great service but when I checked my bank account I was charged a few extra $$$ after I had already left a generous tip. Makes me wonder how many others this has happened to.Needless to say I will not be going back

Cant do nails and then when they are finished you end up having bumps in your polish....

Was visiting from Florida. Stopped by for a fill in. If I wasnt in a hurry, the nail tech wouldve had to start completely over!!! The fill in was horrible. All the way to the paint job. And the next day a nail was already lifting. NEVER AGAIN

I think the nail tech was mad that he had to work and not take his nap. He basically threw some nails on me charged me for gel though he only used the polish. Overall the nails did not look great and I was though I was charged a great amount. I wish people didnt take advantage of people who arent regulars.

The service is good, however the techs are sometimes unnecessarily smart alecky.

I wish I had just gone to Walmart as my mom suggested!!! My eyebrows were arched crooked, she was just rushing me, she didnt take the time with my nails and I was very uncomfortable during the process bc she was working around my pedicure. Then I had to walk around barefoot bc they were out of flip flops ! I was visiting Albany and decided to try them out, I wish I never had! Then they have the nerve to charge me $1 for using my debit card after she told me they stopped doing that. All in all I was not satisfied with anything I had done, even my toe polish got messed up bc I had to put my sandals back on due to them being out of flip flops 😔😡😡

Worst experience ever never will i recommend to anyone i have been getting my nails done since i was 15 and this by far was the worst place i have been not people friendly and they do not put your nails on right and get mad if you dont like them. Poor representation of a nail salon in albany go down the street to la nails.

Underwhelmed to say the least... and I will just leave it at that. Please consider other options!

Service was ok I fell asleep while getting a pedicure and when she was finished I looked at my toe the lady had filed my big toe crooked it was lop sided my big toe was painted very well just extremely uneven just dont fall asleep while your there you might wake up with a new set of crooked toes lol!
