I just wanted to say how quickly and professional the service is here. My lock broke and John came within 30 minutes and fixed it. I never write reviews but this made a stressful experience so much less stressful and I truly appreciate how great they were.

When I called to try to get it resolved they kept forwarding my calls and LYING if you want peace and mind go to any other locksmith they’re not cheaper and definitely not faster.

I locked myself out of my house. Multi Locksmith got to my house fast and got me in fast! The technician was very professional and courteous.

Chris arrived on time, polite and professionally able to unlocked my bedroom door in minutes. However though, they first quoted me over the phone after I describe the door lock they need to open. I was quoted first $65 and this was around 5:00 pm. Then the guy I was talking to over the phone change it from $65 to $95. After Chris got the door open he added $29 to the $95 quote which was not mentioned by the guy that gave me the quote. A total of $124 for less than 5 minutes work and didn’t even made me a key to the door locked that he opened. Shady company I think and expensive.

After waiting 3 hours for a scummy bearded man to arrive he smelled of alcohol and marijuana (cross faded) and then attempted to pick an easy lock then decided to demolish my door! Easily scammed for $400!!!never will I trust this comapnay again!

Phenomenal service and great work! I had a very tightly jammed deadbolt in which the only key to my home had broken off. Chris tried the most effective method first, removing the broken key piece from the lock and attempting to open the lock without ruining the old lock. Despite his valiant attempts, however, the deadbolt was too tightly jammed, leaving drilling the lock as the only viable alternative. Although the tightly jammed lock did not make it easy, Chris fought through the cold weather in removing the jammed lock, and he quickly was able to install a new, gliding deadbolt. Highly recommend!
