Not usually one to go and write reviews but after my experience with Ethan, the store manager, I am very displeased. I went in for a simple plan change and upon leaving immediately got a text from Verizon thanking me for adding device protection and Verizon home?He is one sketchy dude and I would avoid this store at all costs! I get making a sale, but doing so without my permission is beyond disgusting. Not to mention he was swearing in front of customers like he was some sort of sailor. How can a company have such a disrespectful, irresponsible, and sketchy employee be the manager of one of their stores?

I HIGHLY recommend doing business with this company. I went through 3 returns over a week due to various reasons with the devices I had and each time they helped me very quickly. Never made me feel bad, never pushed me into buying anything I didnt need. Very professional and courteous. I cant stress enough how kind and considerate these guys were. They are now my go-to for my Verizon service needs. Check them out. You will not be disappointed.

Went into the Verizon store here in Albany, Oregon and the store manager Melissa was awesome in helping me with getting a new phone. All I wanted was easy and so she took that route. Melissa is the most awesome Verizon store manager that i have come across since me and my wife have had these phones. I would recommend her for help in that store. I went into Albany GoWireless today to look at phones. Everyone in there was very friendly and helpful. Cheyenne was the one that directly assisted me and she was very thorough showing and telling me about my options. She got all my phone information transferred into my new phone and tablet. My first time in this store. I really appreciated the help I received from Cheyenne and Logan. There are some who have lots of negative to say about the kids of today. Not so with these two. They patiently explained the details of the plans, showed me the best deals, and when I had questions later on, they were dealt with efficiently and to my satisfaction. Thanks to them both.

Cheyenne was the most helpful and sweetest .She fixed my moms phone and got her back to sending me millions of photos.. cleared up the viruses. She was amazing.

Employees were nice and as efficient as they could be. There were only 2 staff though and 5 or 6 customers. Two customers had issues that couldnt be resolved by the staff and necessitated calling Verizon. This significantly slowed down service. We waited 60 minutes just to get the tempered glass protector replaced on my sons phone. The replacement process only took 10 minutes or less but getting staff help takes awhile. Verizon does not employ enough staff for that store.

Always pleased with my experiences there. The employees always go above and beyond to help me and are very kind. I dont plan on going anywhere else. And Im sending my friends there as well! Albany Verizon on Clay street.

I was having trouble with customer service so I went in and they handled everything for me. You dont have to wait in line or get shuffled around between people. They get you in, they help you with every single question that you have and answer it in a timely manner. This an amazing store and they will forever have my business!

Riley was awesome! I recently destroyed 2 phones in 24 hours, and he was able to help me navigate my insurance claim. He went above and beyond with customer service, and right before closing time!

We went in and were greeted by the store manager Kendell. We told her what we were looking for and had pretty much narrowed it down. Kendell asked some intelligent questions to help us finaliize things while not having an agenda of which new phone SHE thought we should buy. I deeply appreciate this as I try to be an informed consumer and had done my own homework. The transaction of upgrading the phone took about an hour total but it wasnt her, just the paperwork and process. Never did she act like she was trying to rush us as other customers were coming in. At the same time, Kendell was very efficent, knowledgeable, and pleasant. This whole process was SO much easier and smoother than we had anticipated. Fantastic experience!!!

Andrew and Caleb helped me today (Jan 3) with a multitude of questions. They were deeply patient with me and VERY helpful, as well as 2 very pleasant young men. I left fully satisfied and have no qualms about stopping again with any issues. Highly recommend.

Service is alittle on the slow side but the service once helped is the best. Daniel helped me with purchasing a new Apple Watch, called Verizon several times when the system was giving an error and was very patient. Definitely an excellent experience would have given 5 stars if not for the wait time. In the end worth the wait.

I pay my bill here every month, they dont charge a bill pay fee like a lot of other stores do. Always a very quick and pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Verizon store!

As soon as we walked through the door Jay already had us laughing and smiling. He made an effort to get to know my family and I while we were waiting for our phones to finish downloading. He made conversation very easy and made us all laugh. My experience was amazing because of him. He knew his stuff and dug into our account and found out we were over paying by $130. Stay out of this store! HORRIBLE customer service. The girl not only lied about the pricing of an iPhone, but then yelled at us for questioning how she comes up with numbers! She kept saying that shes not good at mental math and refused to tell us the actual price. How about take out a calculator?After my mother-in-law got bullied into buying the phone and overpriced accessories, it took 2 hours to leave with the phone and it still was not fully set up. If I could leave a zero star review, then thats what it would be. Awful experience.

Had been having issues with a newly activated phone all day spent 3 hours in a store in lebanon which couldnt help.
