I love my plant from here! The customer service was incredibly helpful and I walked out with a stronger foundation of knowledge on how to not kill my plants! They even potted the plant for me, which might not sound like a big deal for some but for a novice like me it put a bigger smile on my face.

Rich has really put together a special plant shop. The store is a beautiful oasis in Albany. With a wide and regularly rotating selection of both unique and staple house plants plus more pots than you could ever dream of putting them in. He and his team are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Your only regret will be not having room for more plants!

Richard is incredibly knowledgeable! The shop is clean and well organized, and I appreciated the care and attention he gave to potting, topsoiling and watering my Chinese evergreen when I bought a clay pot to go with it. Will definitely come back!

The plants in the store all look so happy and the sheer variety of options is exceptional. I love coming in to look at what seasonal plants are available and I always have to talk myself out of buying another plant pot. My favorite thing is that if you ask they will usually provide you with an informational sheet about whatever plant you are buying that includes interesting facts as well as whatever soil, water, and potting needs your plant may have.

Wonderful selection of house plants. They are definitely pricey but I imagine that is the only way for a locally owned shop like this to survive. They are also very helpful with providing tips on how to care for the plants.

This is a one of a kind shop in downtown Troy. It’s your one stop shop for your plants, pottery and gifts. Rich is the absolute best, he has an overwhelming amount of knowledge of plants and he will give you suggestions on what’s best for you based on what type of a plant caregiver you are. There is a great selection of beautiful pots and you can have your plants potted right on the spot. Whenever I walk into the shop it’s like a breathe of fresh air and always a fun experience. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Shop local!

I always come here for my plants. The owner is friendly, charming and extremely knowledgeable in helping me pick out plants that are safe for my pets. Plants vary in size and price and theres definitely something for everyone. The store itself is like walking into an oasis. Its beautiful and every plant you buy brings that beauty and elegance into your own home.

The gentleman who helped me with a couple house plants is excellent. He had a breadth of knowledge and pride in his work rarely found these days. His advice on things like care, maintenance, and potting was detailed and meticulous. Even more impressive, he was even able to answer a lot of my obscure curious questions about the biology of different plants and where they come from. The selection in the shop is excellent but it is really the fellow who worked there that made this a 5-star place in my book.

Lovely plants in a wonderful shop, everything from succulents to large Monsteras. Everything is shown well and in good care. The owner and shop keepers are super knowledgeable about how to care and maintain your plant babies. You can tell they care a lot about the plants. They also carry many types of pots and displays. Perfect place to pick up a gift.

When you walk into this place, the first thing you are aware of is the smell. It smells clean. Fresh. Like for the first time in months, you can breath. You then notice you are surrounded with plants of every type. Up, down, on the walls, on the floor, and on the nearly hidden shelfs. Nearly every type of indoor plant is there, and you are garunteed to find something that will fit your lifestyle and home. Then you have the expert help to cater their selection to your needs and wants. I can not recommend this store enough, even if just for a breath of fresh air.
