Did not shown up for scheduled appointment. Did not call or respond to texts. Phone was shut off when it attempted to call. I was surprised, as she was very warm hearted and professional on the phone. I hope all is well.

Jeanette was a pleasure to work with, easy-going, personable, and kind. She is a sweet, hard-working lady who took over her beloved late mother’s cleaning business. Jeanette was willing and able to work around all of my husky’s fur that has accumulated throughout my house, which I appreciate. It can be a lot to keep up with and manage and she was happily up for the challenge. I am thankful for her services and friendly face in my home!

I contacted Maid In USA to provide a housecleaning service for my sister. When I called, I was able to select a date of service not ridiculously far out like other cleaning services as well as schedule an apartment visit for a quote, all remotely. My sister told me her work was excellent and she was pleasant to have in her home. Doing business with Jeanette was easy - she is so accommodating and reasonable - not to mention, kind!

I scheduled both a move in clean for my new apartment, and a move out clean for the apartment in which I was leaving. The service was amazing. Timely, professional and friendly. I was so pleased that I set up regular service, and also convinced both my sister and my parents to do the same. Definitely recommend!

Very friendly and efficient with everything! We had an apartment clean out with dry wall dust and construction left overs. The place is spotless! We will also be using Maid in USA for general house cleaning in the future!

My boyfriend and I both have bad backs and it is extremely hard to keep up with house hold chores like cleaning (Especially with 4 animals). Jeannette is absolutely wonderful and professional. She does such an amazing job and her prices are extremely fair. She is a kind soul. I cant say enough positive things about her.
