Fast, clean and priced right. Glad I found this place!

Ive been going here for years and its pretty much the only place Ill trust with my eyebrows anymore 😅 Ill never go back to waxing... Threading is much less painful and gets better results! Everyone here is aweosme, check them out.

Woman told me 10 minutes, ended up waiting 45 minutes, extremely slow, very unprofessional, do not go here.

Had my eyebrows threaded today after never having them done before. It was amazing. Friendly people.

Normally I absolutely love this place. I have been coming for literally years. But I came in on Saturday, just before going next door to get my makeup done and my hair blown out for an event I was attending Saturday evening, and the woman working was extremely rough and hurried. I have never seen her before, and yet when while I was signing in she came over and entered in her own name as if I was requesting her. She sat me down and went through my eyebrows and lip so quickly that I was actually bleeding afterward. Then she went to work on my chin for a second and told me there was nothing there (untrue). The only saving grace is that she didnt charge me for the chin... though actually she was going to but them backed out and reversed the charge. I was extremely disappointed, not only because I usually have a great experience also but also because I really particularly wanted to look my best Saturday evening but instead I went with a half finished threading job and a big scab on my lip. And now thats its been a few days I have a bunch of irritation popping up where I got threaded so thats nice too.Bottom line - Im changing my 5 star review.

My friend Joe and I just got our eyebrows done here and even though Joe was a baby about it, our specialist was sweet and patient, not to mention she did an amazing job. Very nice place and just as affordable as any threading place at the mall.

The first time I was there, I was a little nervous because I had bad experience before doing my eyebrown, but she did a nice job, and the lady was very nice..thats why I will come back today..

Neena is wonderful at her skill! I make the trip out just to see her! She is always reliable and delivers on a great threading. She listens and satisfies every time!!

The girls are very nice. Alway do a great job. The place is clean. Maybe a little music would be nice. Its kind of quiet.

Would have loved to get my eyebrows done after reading the great reviews but unfortunately I really didnt want to wait 45 minutes for one person working. Sure hope this isnt a regular occurrence. They wont last long otherwise. 😡 I would highly suggest greeting people who come in the door so they know that they are acknowledged. I am not the only person who walked out angry.I took my business to Arch in the mall who did a great job! So if youre not into wait times I suggest them.

Every time I go, threading my eyebrows seem rushed. She never takes her time.

The Latham location has one woman only in the shop who doesn’t wax and is not a good at threading you need to staff people who wax and thread ... in Latham ...

Not a good place for waxing. It has open windows and everyone on the street can see you while waxing.

It’s expensive and worst service, I went first time she out shaped my eyebrows, if I asked she said I didn’t do anything, then what did I she do??, I asked same question, no reply, she didn’t even bother to reply, worst of worst
