For 14 years, my daughter called Cheer Intensity/Intensity Athletics. It was been an amazing journey. So many fun trips, memories to last a life time! She had multiple National Championships, as well as, a Cheersport and Summit Winner!!However, what matters the most is the life lessons that she’ll take with her going forward.....perseverance, determination, acceptance, hard work ethic, strength, dedication, compassion, empathy and so much more. Thank you IA for molding Morgan in who she is today!

Intensity Athletics is a wonderful place for your athlete to grow. The experience, dedicating and determination to be the best place for athletes to thrive is top notch. The owners and staff work tirelessly to help the athletes realize their potential or reach their dreams. Having been at other gyms and then Intensity for the last 6 seasons. Hands down would not go anywhere different. My daughter is having the time of her life with her IA family.

We have been a part of IA for 6 years. Watching our daughter put the hard work in to progress through the team levels has been hard at times but extremely rewarding. With every new skill she mastered her confidence grew. Coaches pushed her when they knew she needed that extra push. Cheer has given her an escape from everyday teenage pressures as well as great friendships. We are grateful for all that IA has done for our daughter past, present, and certainly the future.

This gym is amazing. We just entered our 6th full year season. Super organized, very transparent, great coaching staff. They teach work ethic and core values every child should strive for on top of great athletic skills. Highly recommend!

We love IA! My daughter loves cheer and making the move to IA has made her love for cheer grow even more. It’s more then a gym, they treat all the kids like family. From practice to open gym to private lessons she always leaves with a smile.

I could not have found a better place for my 2 children to participate in athletics. They have learned more than I could have ever imagined at Intensity. I love that not only are they learning new skills snd being active but they are being taught how to be a good person in general. We are currently going into our 5th season at Cheer Intensity. Kiki has gained more than just cheer skills from her experience at the gym. Her self confidence, her motivation, and friendships she has developed throughout her years increases each season. It definitely is her home away from home, her happy place.

Our experience at Intensity has been nothing but positive. My daughter has been able to progress in her tumbling and cheerleading at her own pace. Intensity was even patient and helpful in helping my daughter get over her mental block after a traumatic family event.

Coaches were mean and rude. Would threaten to replace kids. took my kid out of all stunts and tumbling so she was doing absolutely nothing in the routine. harassed other gym at worlds. terrible gym leaving was the best decision of my life.

Cheer Intensity is our home now for a fourth season. This family owned business has created a culture focused on hard work, dedication to sport and accountability, promoting positive role models in cheer and life building upon their motto “One Family, one Kingdom”. The owners and coaches (all endlessly accessible and supportive of the athlete) invest their all in our children’s personal and athletic growth. I’ve watched our daughter grow leaps and bounds in skill and confidence since we’ve joined the program. The camaraderie, kinship and bonds established within the gym regardless of age or ability are truly special. The children are genuinely supportive of one another, as are the families that spend as much time at the gym and traveling to competitions as our children do. Our experience has been wonderful.

My girls (Ages 10 and 4)absolutely love Intensity Athletics!!!! We have been part of this program for the past 3 years!!! The staff is amazing!!! They show up each and everyday providing the best instruction for the athletes along with having fun!!! They are respectful, knowledgeable and most of all positive!! My girls have fostered a love for not only cheer, but have embraced intensity’s gold standard!! They beg to be at the gym daily!!! We have been so blessed to have found Intensity athletics.

My girls joined Intensity Athletics for their all star cheer program. It’s been a wonderful experience so far. They are very well organized from the communication, managing your account to scheduling. It’s all so easy. All of their coaches build relationships with the kids teaching them proper technique along with valuable life skills always keeping the kids best interest in mind in all they do. All of the staff just make you feel right at home. The owners Jess and Adam are special people. Everything they do is to create an environment where these kids can strive and grow both in the gym and in life. They love the kids like they are their very own. When my daughter expressed interest in competitive cheer, the first gym that came to mind was Intensity Athletics (formerly Cheer Intensity). I was instantly impressed with their large and clean facility, their professionalism, and true love for the sport. However, what impresses me the most are the lessons taught beyond tumbling and stunting. They build more than pyramids - they build athletes with character, compassion, and drive. I always dreamed my daughter would want to participate in cheerleading as I had for many years. What I could never have imagined was how cheerleading, through Intensity Athletics, would grow my daughter not only physically, but mentally as well. I cannot recommend Intensity Athletics enough; they truly are the gold star standard.

We are going on our seventh season at Intensity Athletics. My daughter has been on a cheer team each season, and the last couple of years has also been a part of the dance program as well as had the opportunity to be an intern. The owners are passionate, professional and hands on. The coaches are very knowledgeable and passionate regarding the sport of cheer as well. But what i value the most is all of their dedication to each child, their interest in them as a whole person, and knowing that they truly care. Even through these recent uncertain times they have remained a constant for the kids, whether virtually and eventually in person. Their results speak for themself as far as cheer goes but their dedication to the kids is equally as great!

I Cheered here for one year and decided not to return because I felt the coaches were holding me back rather than giving me the tools I needed to get better.

The owners are truly dedicated to creating an environment that children can not only thrive in and excel at their sport, but learn core values that they can apply for a lifetime of success!

Great gym. Very organized. You always receive a tentative comp schedule at try outs. This program really teaches your child many life skills. Out of all the locals gyms, this is by far the best!

I cannot say enough as to how AMAZING our experience has been with Cheer Intensity! Outstanding program, run like a wellOiled machine yet still one big family. My daughter has grown SO MUCH as both an athlete and a young woman and CIA has had a big part in that.
