I can not say enough about this gym! As a beginner to working out, this gym has offered me so much. I am now in the best shape of my life. The classes are never the same, and I always feel as if i got the best work out of my life! The staff are so knowledgeable and never judgmental. This gym is for all levels. Also this gym is the cleanest gym I have ever walked into! Highly recommend people going here! πŸ™Œ

The quarantine 15 is no joke. I am so grateful my friend recommended this gym to me. I look forward to my workouts and am happy to be working towards my fitness goals. The atmosphere is positive and the gym has everything I need to get a full workout.

The most perfect place to workout. Amazing trainers with a lot of knowledge who are creative with their workouts for classes. Never the same workout routine. Great people to workout with and non competitive environment. Different types of classes offered which make a variety of different workouts to try. Amazing place to be!!!!!!

Cant say enough good things about this place. Creative workouts (we never do the same thing twice), friendly clients and awesome trainers. During the early stages of the pandemic, owner Shawn Huber made additional investments so we could safely have classes outside. As it got colder, he did what he had to do to ensure it was safe to hold classes indoor. The gym is exceptionally clean and well spaced out so while you get a great workout, you feel safe doing it. If you are looking for a place that will challenge you and also provide a fun and friendly place to workout, check this place out. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing facility and even more amazing trainers. They are definitely dedicated to the success of their clients. My favorite are the classes. You are in a group setting but still feel like youre getting personalized attention for your needs. Then, before you know it class is over and youre covered in sweat. Thank goodness they have showers!! Definitely a must if you are looking for a new, refreshing addition to your routine!

4 pillar fitness is clearly the best fitness gym in the area. I think the best way to describe it is that it feels like home. There is a significant variation in fitness ability but as a 66 year old woman I am never made to feel different than the younger crowd who are stronger and more fit. Bree and Shawn are knowledgeable and attentive. The clients are inclusive and friendly. I feel like I have made life time friends. I have been to many gyms in my lifetime and I can honestly say nothing compares to 4 pillar fitness.

First off the facility is absolutely beautiful, clean and open. 2 floors of training area and tons of equipment. I can’t say enough about Shawn the main trainer. He is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about everything fitness. No matter what your goals, age or background is this place is for everyone.

Shawn and Bree are hands down the best trainers!! Not only are they challenging (get ready!) but most importantly, they are creative in what they do so every workout is different. I cant recommend 4 Pillar enough because it truly is an out of this world experience!!

Fitness and wellness is not something that you can take one step towards and forget about all the other steps you have to take in order to create that picture you have in your head. You have to be dedicated to wanting to change your life, not just the thought of changing your life. That goes for your workouts, your diet and your self care (meaning the steps you make in order to take care of injuries and stresses you may have with your body). I know it is hard work, but remember you’re on a staircase not just a couple of steps!!!4 Pillar Fitness was created in order to keep your vision clear and your head in the game. Appreciate and feel every workout in all the best (albeit also awful:) ways. Always feel receive individualized attention, even during classes. Classes led by and filled with positive, kind, accepting and motivated people. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else at 7 am😊.

I was referred Shawn and Bree by a friend of mine and I am so happy that I made the decision to join this gym. Shawn amd Bree are such great instructors, they not only get you into great shape but they also work with you invidually on areas that you might need more attention or more help even during group sessions.Their attention to detail to every client shows that they care about their clients. There is always a great atmosphere every time I walk into the gym.The gym is very clean and you can see that they go out of their way to ensure everything is spotless. The bathrooms and showers are always clean.Check it out, you will not be disappointed.

There are many options in the Capital Region when it comes to workout facilities and 4 Pillar is at the top of the list. The trainers are experienced in many areas of fitness and can work with anyone regardless of ability levels or injury restrictions, helping everyone get towards their goals.
