I recently had a great experience working with ICS. Our roll off dumpster was dropped off promptly and picked up right on schedule. I would absolutely recommend using them for weekly garbage pick ups or renting a roll off dumpster!

Used ICS multiple times over the years always been prompt and courteous they do a great job. Along with my weekly garbage pick up never had an issue.

Worse customer service and company to deal with by far. Not only did they not show up for the first scheduled drop off.. But never even called to change plans. When I called to ask where the dumpster is I was told, the most definitely over payed office lady I scheduled the drop off with, never even put me in the system. No big deal they said theyd be there within a few hours to make it right. Hours go by. Still didnt show up..but at least they called this time to apologize and set up a time for the next morning..its now almost two hours after they said they would be here and when I called to ask whats going on I was laughed at. This company is a joke. Dont waste your time. There are plenty of professional companies to utilize in the Capitol district..

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. My dumpster was Scheduled to be picked up on a Monday at noon. Call and they say “by the end of day”. No show. Tuesday afternoon, I call and the say by the end of day or first thing in the morning. No show on Tuesday. No show on Wednesday. Meanwhile the dumpster is sinking into the driveway and I have scheduled Sealers to come on the weekend. Call Thursday lady claims the hook on the truck broke should be able to come Friday. No show Friday. Saturday call and let them know we already had to reschedule the sealers for Monday. They said we will be there first thing in the morning on Monday. Call Monday morning telling them the dumpster is still here and sealers coming at 2. They said we are coming at 4. Sealers rescheduled again. 5 oclock on monday, a week later the dumpster is still here. Finally at 9:15 they come pick up the dumpster. Not an apology, just a pissed off driver acting like its my fault he is 7 days late.
