The property is scenic and has amenities that are outstanding! I love living here because the staff is extremely helpful and the building is always kept nicely and smells clean in the lobby at all times. This place is luxurious and I could not be happier!!

My only note is that now since cases are going up and the delta variant is a thing that they were more serious with covid precautions, pretty sure I am one of 3 people on my floor that mask up regularly.I’ve got a single room so I may be biased but so far my room has been pretty good a few things were out of sorts when I moved in but management has already gotten most of them sorted. I’m not the biggest fan of living with people and with covid this place was perfect. Everything feels like just enough and just the right amount of space for what a typical college student will be bringing in and what one would accumulate over the course of the year again assuming you’re living on your own and are a mostly no frills decorator because there’s a slight lack of storage. But if you shop smart that’s an easy fix.

If you are looking for somewhere to live while in school this place is highly recommended.

Living on Block 75 has been one of the best decision I made. The apartment complex has everything that I would ever want as a necessity, and to top it off, the rooms are great and have a fresh modern look. The apartment comes refurbish, so you dont have to worry about having to buy or bring furniture. The only thing youll have to worry about is making the place truly yours. Just come by for a visit, and I am sure that you will very much treat this place just like home.

Block 75 is a great place to live and just minutes away from campus! This is a great transition between on campus dorms and living on your own for the first time. The leasing managers are extremely in touch with the tenants and get to know you on a personal basis through passing on your way to and from class. If you are looking for an apartment close to campus I would definitely choose Block 75. The general manager cares about their tenants and makes sure that each one is enjoying their time while living here.

I renewed my lease 3 days ago because the property and staff have always been AMAZING! Honestly, there isn’t a lot of properties that can live up to the quality of Block 75 . I’ve been living here for a year and I have had zero issue. Management have been so amazing, all my concerns are taking care of ASAP.

Block75 is a great place to live. The building is always clean and management is super nice and helpful. The staff definitely makes you feel like family and they go above and beyond to help. If anything needs to be fixed maintenance is there and you typically have no long wait time. It is really hard to find places around Albany who have the amenities (own bathroom, laundry in unit and outdoor space) like Block75. I renewed my lease to stay a second year and I don’t have any regrets. It is definitely my little home away from home.

Amenities are great and the building is modern with every room having your own bathroom. Coming from campus college students are gross so having your own space is amazing. Also the managers are helpful, the managers are great especially Mateo, he was very helpful with the transition of moving in.

I might be moving to Albany for school and Block75 kept popping up as a place to check out. This community is great! The apartments, amenities, and most importantly the staff were fantastic! Usually when you are looking for apartments the staff doesnt feel energetic and eager to help but Ricky was amazing! I felt like I was on HGTV.

This property was great. Being an avid Amazon Prime Member, I typically would receive a ton of packages. The 24/7 Self Service Mail system was a life saver for me. The fact that the property was pet friendly was definitely a plus!

Block 75 is a great complex right across the street from UAlbanys campus. It is a very nice building and everything in Albany is super convenient to get to from there. The staff is super helpful and willing to help with any sort of questions or accommodations you may have.

Block 75 is a perfect location with crossgate mall, walmart, restaurants, trader joes within proximity. Not only do I feel safe when in the building but they also have amenities such as the gym, study room, game room, and is pet friendly so it never gets boring! It is convenient for students who attend SUNY Albany or other colleges in Albany area. Ricky, Mateo and the staff members always go above and beyond to ensure all needs are met!!!!!

My brother lives there, so I visit very often. Great place, the rooms are very clean, his room is very spacious and management is extremely welcoming and attentive with my brothers needs.

I have lived here for 2 years now and have had nothing but an awesome experience. The rent is higher than that of downtown but you truly get what you pay for.I am living with my friends that I have made since freshman year and it has been a blessing to have not only a fully furnished kitchen, bedroom and living room but all four of us have our own bathrooms attached to our rooms.We also are conveniently located right across the street from campus which makes getting to class pretty fast, instead of having to commute everyday from downtown.

As a graduate student I was skeptical living in this apartment complex; however, my expectations were exceeded by a great deal. I transferred into the school and did not have anyone to live with. The apartment complex helped take care of that and matched me with a roommate who had similar preferences which ensured we got along. The staff engages with the tenants and keeps them informed of any need to know business of the apartment. Both the leasing manager and the property manager are very attentive in caring for the tenants needs. Living in this apartment building has made a transition year for me very easy and I am more than glad that I ended spending a year in this building.

I wish there was an option to give Block 75 a zero. If you are considering living here, don’t. This is the worse possible place to live. They keep on adding “new” charges that somehow were in the lease. The constant fire alarms will disturb your sleep and affect your hearing. There have been problems with electricity and water, yet they never provide compensation. The elevator is frequently out of service. The apartments are extremely expensive and they will constantly try to bill you for more. There is no loyalty for customers as residents who stay are surprised with a “transfer fee” and a second security deposit. It takes ages to receive your security deposit back. No one takes responsibility for anything- they require you to get renter’s insurance to cover liability etc., not just for your own belongings. DO NOT get involved with this horrible company!

They fixed it so many times and it’s still not working correctly.Hallways and stair cases always dirty. The rooms are small and overpriced. I wished there was security there 24/7. Literally anyone can just walk in. Thin walls you can literally hear everything your neighbor is doing. There’s barely any parking! I can’t wait until my lease is over. I don’t recommend this place. The only convenient thing is living across the street from campus and that’s it...

Not a good place to live! I lived in Aspen & Block 75 for a total of two years. Overall, I give this place one star. Why? The fire alarms went off constantly, management changes hands about every week and may never know whos in charge, and I had roaches in my apartment at the end of my stay. I tried to let Block 75 know about the bugs, and they had the nerve to challenge me and try to prove that I was lying. The management instructed me to keep the dead roaches for proof. THERE IS NO WAY I AM LEAVING DEAD ROACHES ON MY FLOOR! That is strictly unsanitary and gross. I am a clean person and have never encountered roaches in the past. Thank god the maintenance team has quality workers that care about the residents safety. If Corey from maintenance was not on the property I would give Block 75 ZERO stars. My advise is to go live at Auden, downtown, or empire. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Wowza! Im very beside myself reading all of the comments. My girlfriends and I just signed our lease for next year and we couldnt be any more elated!! The building is bright, clean and welcoming. The leasing manager, Mateo, was very upfront about everything and made sure we all understood our lease. He even spoke to our parents to answer any of there questionsSadly, when someone feels like they arent getting what they want, then it leads to something negative. Not everything falls on the building and life happens. Elevators are mechanical, they break. Nevertheless, my gfs are I are very excited to being living at Bock75, I can speak for the 13 of us, we made the best decision!Wanted to end with a BIG thanks to the staff who helped us review our lease and to answer all of those tough questions!

Pros: Conveniently located across from Ualbany CampusCons: Cheaply made amenities, No guest parking, and Management.Ive lived at Block 75 for almost 2 semesters now & it has me itching to get out as soon as my lease is up. I loved living so close to school and not having to park on campus and deal with rushhour at 5pm. However, living close to school is the only good thing about this place. I live on the 1st floor and there is poor insulation, so you hear traffic at all times of the day. Someone on my floor keeps puking in our garbage can & Block 75 refuses to clean it or identify the person through the use of the security cameras.The washer/dryer is a dual unit and if it wasnt bad enough that it takes 6 hours to do laundry, it is a steam dryer... meaning it doesnt actually dry your clothes. Winter came around and pipes froze and we didnt have water for 2 days (inconvenient but what can you do). It became unbearable when the pipe actually burst and we didnt have water for 4 days. No I did not feel comfortable showering at the hotel down the street with other residents in my building. No guest parking was another con. Finally, the moment youve all been waiting for. The #1 reason I am not signing my lease at Block 75 for next year: My roommate invited her friend/female companion to live with us. Upon notifying management, they assured me that if that was the case, my roommate and the female friend would be evicted. They came to investigate the situation but decided not to do anything because the friend signed a lease for next year. Management said to me, Well she signed a lease for next year so technically she isnt violating the terms of her lease. But this makes no sense since the girl didnt sign one for this year and it is MY ROOM. Oh i forgot to mention... MY ROOMMATE AND THIS GIRL BROKE INTO MY ROOM WHEN I WAS IN CLASS & GOT AWAY WITH IT. The building staff hired someone to fix my door and this situation was swept under the rug. In conclusion, do yourselves a favor and live somewhere else. Everything I have experienced here is not worth it, no matter if you live within walking distance to the school.

Depends on your priorities!!!If the only things youre looking for in an apartment building are a public xbox and a Starbucks vending machine in the lobby then this is the place for you.However, if you prioritize other things such as running water or working elevators you might want to look somewhere else. Today marks the 4th time in 3 years (2nd time in 2 months) the building has had to shut off water because of how poorly the building was constructed. And the elevators are constantly in and out of service.

Great place to live if you dont want to live on campus, but still want to be near campus. The apartments are clean, maintenance comes quick when there is a problem, and the entire staff is incredibly nice!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! At the end of everything they tacked on a $90 bill for stuff that never happened. After my lease, I went around with the manager to confirm my zero liability and they still charged me $90 for nothing! (Trash removal and paint, of which there was none and the manager signed off). Do yourself a favor and go to Auden. I heard a lot of friends that talk highly about it. The management at block 75 has no say and will not do what it takes to make you happy, even if they say they do on the 1 star comments. Oh, and also the door to the stairs doesn’t always lock, so if you see people who don’t belong in the building, don’t be surprised; or just don’t move there.

Which left me late for classes and unclean until finally something was done smh.Random charges on the accounts for who knows what. The leasing manager is a scam aritist and a bully. The gym never has any water anymore, they just stopped replacing it. The sanitizing wipes are never refilled so basically a high risk of bacterial infection from unclean workout equipment. I’m not sure how they got a 5 stars. Looks like all the bad reviews got erased for them to start all over. Oh and I found a roach in my apartment a couple times. Dirty dirty place. And spiders all over the hallway in my apartment. Apparently the exterminator came a couple times. I don’t see a difference.Get yourself a studio or one bedroom apartment. Save your money and live your best life while in school. This place is not worth the stress! AT ALL

The fire alarms would go off all the time, and we would have to evacuate in the middle of the night, including the nights before exams!! The pipes in their parking lot leaked and ruined the paint on my car. My parents were so upset.Many of the staff we loved left and went to work at another apartment building. I would think twice before moving here. They lie about “fixing” things and are a nightmare to work with.

They never answer your emails!!!! I find that extremely unprofessional and somehow there are constant fees added out of nowhere. It’s pretty insane.

They charge u a bunch of fees and steal ur money . You will be paying 1100 plus 600$ in fees and 60$ in parking. Plus you will have heat that does not work and will have messed up rooms. The manager will charge u for the room that was messed up by the previous residents. They workers always come in and out of the apartments it’s annoying. I payed a fee that I admit was for my fault, but then they charged me it again. The workers tried pocketing fire detector fees and hide it from the manager. Do yourself a favor and never live here. You can find better places for a cheaper price. I REPEAT DOOOO NOT LIVE HERE. Waste of money ! You pay more for high quality living with scammers

As a parent of a student renter I would say stay away from this apartment. If you or your child has concerns they will not get back to you, the rent is extremely high for what you get, plus if you want to park that is extra. There were constant water problems with management telling you to go to the hotel next door to shower if you need to. Really!!! Pipes burst, elevators are always broken. They use a service to bill you for utilities called Simple Bills and charge you $5 a month just to pay a bill, plus $5 for garbage removal, and the rest of the utility is divided among the rest of the building. Zero stars from me. The apartments looks nice at first but once you are living there you see all the short cuts that were taken - poor workmanship and kitchens are falling apart.
