I just recently closed on selling my house. It had some challenges involved because of a tax lien due to taxes I owed. Brittany went above and beyond to assure we were able to close on the closing date. I think she spent about 5 hours total trying to get payoff amount from IRS(which I dont get, they want their money, but you cant get ahold of them to get it to them :)), and then follow up on getting it because they didnt send in a timely manner. She also answered all my impatient questions very quick. I really appreciate her efforts on going above and beyond to finalize this for me . You ROCK Brittany!! :)

I would give a( -*) if I could. We were pushed through like cattle. This company managed to make a huge mistake on our home loan that could have cost the deal (at the very end) and we got some complimentary pens! Cindy was not professional, she didnt even escort us out when it was all done and rushed through it like she was in a hurry to get home. This was a horrible experience and we would have like to have at the very least been treated with respect and maybe a little remorse for their mistake that almost cost us the deal on our dream property. I would not recommend this title company at all!! (-5 stars)

AmeriTitle did not spell my name correctly on the deed that they prepared for me. I gave them all information correctly. This was a sloppy, lazy mistake, and not what you expect from a title company. Once they made this mistake, they amended the deed, but they insisted that they could not change the mistake on the actual deed.
