We hired this company to survey our property and file a flood map amendment with FEMA so we could build an addition to our house. On the FEMA website it states that it is about 60 days max to get a decision. We have been waiting a year. I do not believe this company did what We hired them to do. They have been very slow to give us information when asked. I may be filing a complaint with BBB.

This is a fine company, very professional and courteous. I was in a pinch and needed a survey done immediately and they responded the same day and completed the survey the same day. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Dan Watson for years on several projects and have always been pleased with his work. I will continue to use them.

I hired this company to find corner of our property. I was quoted a price of 600 dollars on the phone. When surveyor came out I was told it was going to be 800 dollars. I paid by check in full and was not given a receipt. Now a month later I receive a Bill not showing the amount I paid but a bill for entire survey of 669 dollars. I have copy of cashed check made out to K D Engineering.
