Went in to get hubbys iPhone 11 screen repaired after he left it on the top of the car. Called first, spoke with Demetrius. He was a dear, and very knowledgeable! When my iPhone SE, 2nd Edition battery gave out, I had to make a trip to Albany to get a replacement. In googling for a phone repair store, I found three that were near each other. Phone Hub had the hours and days that fit my schedule. When I called to confirm the times (during holiday season) and to inquire if I needed to make an appointment (not necessary), the man to whom I spoke asked some specific questions about my phone to ascertain that they had the correct battery in stock (they did).When I arrived on Saturday, there were a couple of customers ahead of me. I was grateful to see chairs available for those waiting. Plus the milieu of the store was inviting - clean, uncluttered, music playing in the background.The two gentlemen staffing the business that morning were friendly, courteous and patient. I left the phone with them for a couple of hours. It was (nearly) ready when I returned.The whole event was pleasant. It made me want to return soon. Fortunately they provide a variety of products for sale; it’s not necessary to wait until another need for repair arises!

These guys were absolutely awesome and professional! To start off with they are one of the few people in the area to work on gaming consoles! Fixed my original problem then found multiple pictures and fixed those as well ( After my approval of course). At the end of the day these guys stayed open late to finish my Xbox because i told them I could not pick it up for another week and they made it happen.

After not getting the help I needed at AT&T , the Phone Hub guys helped me so much. I was able to get a new battery and they were very helpful with the other issues I needed help with. It only took about 30 minutes. After the hectic day I had with 3 different phone calls to AT&T and a store visit, these guys made everything better at Phone Hub. I recommend them to anyone having phone issues.

Broke phone at 4:00 p.m. Called for replacement screen at 5:00 p.m. Delivered phone at 6:00 p.m. for repair, and paid for new replaced screen at 7:00 p.m. The price was reasonable. These guys are great!!!

Amazing service, friendly associates, clean store, wide variety of products and accessories.My experience:I took in my iPad to be fixed, the screen had been cracked really bad, and Raymond was the guy who I dealt with. From the first word, he was responsive, professional, up front with the price and timeline of when it would be done. I left my iPad with him and he told me it would be ready the day after next. Well I had a financial situation come up the next day and called to explain to Raymond that I couldn’t afford the service he quoted me for and apologized. He was super understanding and calm. He informed he that he had already ordered the screen for the iPad and I offered to pay for any loss of time or product ordered because it was my fault. He reassured me that it was okay and I could come pick it up. He was friendly when I came back in and reassured me again that everything was okay, he just told me to come back when I could get it fixed.Raymond is the reason I’ll go back to them again and again. His professionalism and understanding is hard to find in this town of Albany, GA. Devon is always striving to be better than the day before..... and unlike other managers you will never see him just sitting around, hes either on the register pushing a broom or a mop or personally helping a customer with their shopping/location of a product.He is for sure one of a kind hes trying to learn all of his customers names and trying to make their experience the best theyve ever had.The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is there still one or two employees that need to be weeded out they just do not have the personality for customer service. Once that has been resolved it would definitely be five stars across the board Maurice possible ☺️

I went in to get my iPhone screen fixed. It only took an hour exactly like they said. The atmosphere was friendly. & the price was affordable. My phone looks great again! I definitely recommend them. Edit: a week after i got it fixed my phone was crashing and doing all kinds of crazy stuff on its own. Definitely taking it back up there soon!
