Excellent service! Martin & crew thoroughly cleaned my stove & chimney, and completely cleaned up after themselves. They replaced several firebox bricks, then identified and repaired a potential roof water leak around the chimney flashing. They were fast and friendly, and I was really impressed with how reasonable the charges were for the cleaning and extra work. I highly recommend.

I called yesterday because with the storm, we were getting some water coming in through our chimney.I asked if they were able to come quote and see what had to be done to fix it.The guy that answered was pretty short with me and said “I have no room for work, so I could come and throw all the numbers at you but I still won’t be able to take it on”. I totally get that so I Asked him if he could recommend anyone else in the area since he is busy and got “can’t think of anyone off the top of my head”.You aren’t the end all be all of chimney repair in Albany. If you can’t take on the work then you should be able to offer someone else as a reference. I’m definitely never going to use this company for any other services I need in the future.

First time using this company. Very pleased and impressed. Three men arrived on time, got right to work. Polite, didnt mess up my rug, cleaned up and were done in 20 minutes. Fair price. Highly recommended!

Great company! Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. They kept the place clean too. We had just bought a house with a pellet stove and after they cleaned it out (had not been cleaned in years!!) Martin explained how it worked and showed us how to start it. Highly recommend.
