Hoffmans was easy to schedule for in home services. They were prompt, professional and thorough. Our wall-to-wall carpets and upholstery were cleaned very well. They also removed 3 large area rugs to be cleaned in their facility. We had a great deal of dog stains/odors from our puppies that they removed expertly. We will definitely use Hoffmans again!

Booking online was easy, received an email a few days before cleaning with what to expect and how to prepare rooms, furniture, what to do with pets, etc. Two service guys arrived a little before the 9a start time to do a quick walk through then gave us some time to finish moving any items, etc and told us exactly what to expect. They were done in just under two hours and the carpet looks great! Will definitely be using this company again. Couldnt have been easier =)

I was very pleased with John’s service. He was on time, polity, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I didn’t have a lot of expectations for my very dirty and old carpets but was very impressed with the results. Excellent service, I used to use Stanley Steamer but the carpets would take a week to dry, when Hoffmans does it they dry in less than 24 hours and always look amazing.

I had a really good experience. John was professional and on time. He cleaned the two rooms and spent a lot of time focusing on getting the tougher stains out. Not only did I have makeup on my rug (foundation) I had candle wax embedded into my carpet that changed the color. Not sure how he did it, but he managed to make the carpet look beautiful and brand new. That being said I have a 2 year old long hair dog and I thought this carpet was gonna need to be replaced, which after John cleaned the carpet I don’t think it needs to be anymore. He did very good work and I highly recommend this company. The pricing was very reasonable and they are right on time.

I called to consult with John first as the carpets were fairly new, but the previous homeowners had pets which I was allergic to. He made some great suggestions as to what to do and was able to come do a deep vacuum to remove the dander and hair that was in the carpet. Even for new carpets he showed me quite a bit he was able to remove and helped me feel more at ease with the allergies. Thanks Hoffman!

Wow, this business is great! Today John had a cancellation and asked if he could come by sooner than expected. John said that he could be by in 15 minutes, but I needed 30 minutes to remove items off the carpet. He said it no problem and was very professional. He came up and looked over my apartment. He showed me the invoice prior to service and did his service well. John was kind and personable. He also checks up with you to make sure there are no points of concern or special attention needed to your carpet. John pays thorough attention to the heavy traffic areas in the carpet. When the service is done, the business takes cash or card (the card fee was 3% at the time of this writing, which I had no issue with). The place smells great afterwards and I love the patterns of a fresh cleaned carpet. Thank you John for amazing service 👍🏾

Hoffman cleaning was professional and the quality was amazing! Three years we lived with rubber cement and putty stains that Stanley steamers wasn’t able to get out over the years. The 60 year old oriental rug was absolutely filthy and I was unsure if I could even bring it into the house and use it. This was my first time using a professional cleaning service and I am completely blown away. I purchased a used couch and chair off of Facebook and wanted the peace of mind of knowing it was sanitized. I tried using resolve/carbona on the big spots, but I ended up leaving more water marks and making it worse. It was easy for me to schedule an appointment online for the following day, and they even called me to ask if they could come early due to a reschedule. All in all, I spent a little over a hundred dollars for someone to come to my home on less than a days notice to clean a couch, chair, and all the cushions and pillows. John was quick, extremely professional, and took the time to thoroughly answer any questions we had about drying and proper care. I would highly recommend Hoffman cleaning for their great service and reasonable prices.

Wonderful service! These guys are professional and on time. I would definitely recommend Hoffman for any furniture/carpet cleaning for any reason including smoke damage after fire. They took three big rugs for in-factory cleaning and returned them after couple days super-clean like new. They also did full furniture cleaning (carpets, stairs, couches, curtains) in the house when they brought the rugs back. Very thorough cleaning, but also quick with minimum disturbance to our life.

I love Hoffman’s Cleaning Services. Easy and professional from the very start. The app is extremely easy to use and shows their impressive list of services. We have used them twice. The first was for an oriental rug which is very old. They came and picked the rug up and returned to me about three weeks later in fantastic condition. It has never looked better. On time and professional throughout. The second time we used the carpet cleaning services. I received a text when the technician was on his way. He arrived promptly and did an amazing job cleaning the carpet area which was two bedrooms a hall and a set of stairs in just 40 minutes! The Hoffman crew came to clean and seal our tile. We didn’t think our tile was that dirty but they showed us all the dirt and grime that came up. We were shocked at all the “crud” they pulled up. Well we already know Hoffmans is excellent at cleaning carpets. Weve used them for many years. The best part about today was John being a animal lover made it that much easier with my dog and cat.
