Nice place to get a good wash for your car. I just wish the vacuums were not so clogged up. Moved to multiple spots and seemed like every vacuum was clogged.

My monthly sticker never works. They replaced my stick. We will see if it works. The car wash half cleaned my car.

Eric THE MANAGER!!. Has an attitude. i Advised him there was soap left on my vehicle. Asked if I could run it back through the wash (WITH A SMILE). He said no. he can just wipe it down. He said if I took it back through, It will just happen again I come here once a week. It never leaves soap on the vehicle. He could of turned everything else off but the rinse and rinsed my vehicle off.This Albany Oasis is just like most other businesses in Albany. People get power and get an attitude. Sorry Mr. Manager, Someone wanted what they paid for. Just a reminder if you are a manger , You manage! Next time I wont be sweet with a smile. You will rinse my car off or you will refund my money for not giving me what I paid for and I will start going to your competitor. If I have to do that, I will call the main company. Because Oasis is still a family owned business, I have used them in many different places. Never treated like this.

This is my favorite place to get my whip cleaned. New machines, New equipment and up to date items. Thd guys are Very friendly and respectful.

My car seems to be cleaner at this wash than Goo Goo, but its close. I was in the neighborhood so I dropped in.

They need touchless washes. The brushes scrathed circles in my headlights. An I just put those headlights in not even a year ago. Now I have to purchase another set. Imagine the swirls damage thats being scratched into the pain job. Also my power mirrors are damaged from the brushes beating on them.

Good drive through wash, free vac if you can find one that has good suction. Opens on time. Friendly staff.

It was okay. The suction power on the vacuums were not strong. I had to switch twice to find a vacuum with a sufficient amount of power.

This is the one and only place to get your car clean to the up most. AWESOME!

Truck didnt get clean at all. Had to hand wash it with their stuff. They broke my antenna off in the holder trying to get it off turning the wrong way. Their fix was super glue. Excuse the language.

Have used their car wash before and it does a good job. Their vacuums only half work. But since the 15th of September every time I go to get my car washed it has been closed. I went at different times and after today I am wondering if it’s permanently closed. There were lots of work trucks parked where the vacuums are but the business was blocked off. What’s going on? I have a monthly subscription but can’t use it.

Had to ask for a deodorizer. Car was not clean

Only one line opened. Cars backed out onto Slappey Blvd. Took one guy in a white Mercedes 12 minutes to figure out how to pay. Actual car wash was pretty good. Seemed short handed though.

This place started back processing payments out of my account out of the blue. It charged me 2 months of 19.99. . They would only refund one month even though they seen that I had not used there services by the barcode. The manager is never there and the employees are rude.

I will never go there again. I got a car wash. When I was through. I drove off. A mile down the road. My tire went flat. The wash bent my valve stem. Which flattened the tire. Went back Oasis to let them know. They refused to pay for it. Said sense I drove off the property there not at fault. So beware.......

I went there today to have my car washed. My car is white. After going through I noticed the windshield was still dirty also the body, bumper, mirrors, and all splashguards. I asked the worker about going through again. He said that it was not bad enough to go through again. I asked for the manager. He said that he was the manager. I will never ever go there again.

I’ve been going here for nearly 10 years. This last visit they double charged me and instead of them checking their records they require you to fax them your bank statements to get a measly $7 refund. They could have just offered a voucher and I would have been happy. Long story short I’ll be going to Goo Goo’s from now on.

I paid $15 to get 2 tires shined and the loose dirt blown off my truck. Save your money and take it to someone, or do it yourself. Most places would at least give you an air freshener if they bent you over like this. 2 stars because they did have spray bottles and towels so that I could wash my own vehicle in the vacuum area.

I love that I can get my car cleAned for $15 and there is a nice place for me to vacuum out my ride. They have rags available and win dex for the inside of your car or to simply finish drying it all the way. One of my favorite car washes in town! I take both my cars here at least once a month. I would recommend to anyone!

If i could give a nagative rating i would. Horrible experience which led my car insurance company getting threatened to be sued. The car wash has a yellow and green light towards the end which indicates that the car wash is complete and for the car to go so the next car can come through. Well on the day i went their green light was not working and instead of the workers telling us that it was not working he waits until there is a two car accident behind us to inform us of their malfunction. In his statement he said that the reason the accident happened was because we refused to go.We did not refuse to go , the light never turned green for us to go so how were we supposed to know when to go. Besides the actual service was horrible i was better off letting the rain wash my car.

Manager not very helpful at resolving issues

If I could give a negative 10, I would. I took my truck through the wash and during the wash my truck was shaking right to left, at the moment I didn’t know what to do so I just kept still while the tracks are supposed to push you on. When I get out the wash, my whole tailgate wash pushed and dented inward. I spoke to the employees there and we pulled the cameras and the dent wasn’t there at all. They tried to blame it on a piece of foam piece that flew out of a truck in front of me. I contacted them several times and every time I do, the manager is not there to watch the cameras and they told me that the manager will contact me back as soon as he can. As of today as been 1 month and they still hasn’t called me. I called them again and the manager is still not there .

I never thought a driving thru. car wash would clean my truck this good. Once I ride thru. all I would have to do to make the wash complete is wipe off my rims. Nice job guys.

Its a car wash attendants scruibed as little as possible and shot me through. They did have rags and chemicals to clean windows tires free of charge.
