Although Marty seems knowledgeable, has good prices on repairs and very friendly, he seems overwhelmed and maybe understaffed for all the work he takes in. It is difficult (almost impossible) to reach at the shop when your car is there and repairs take much longer than originally scheduled, even with scheduled appointments. There is definitely a lack of communication and they are sorely in need of a competent shop manager to help pull it all together.

Last month, my car sounded terrible and in desperate need of repair. Marty took a look at my car as soon as we arrived and was able to begin repairs immediately. Initially, they thought I would need a total engine replacement, but after further examination, a total replacement wasnt necessary! Marty and the rest of the staff could have gone ahead with the full replacement and made a larger profit, but instead, they were honest and saved me a lot of money! As a college student, this was huge news! Marty even called us after we drove home to see how the ride went. I will continually recommend NW Auto Solutions!!
