I have been using Geico and paying four times what I am now paying with State Farm. Alex Serra was helpful and professional and provided me with a quote within a matter of minutes. He took the time to explain all coverage options as well. Happy to be with a company that takes such great care of the customers.

State Farm is the worse. You call and add stuff to your policy and it takes weeks for it to catch up in the system. they are never on the same page about anything. I have never had such problems with an insurance company! If you are thinking of switching to State Farm for the cheaper rates, dont its not worth it, pay the little extra for an insurance company that is not full of excuses and that does right by there customers.

Alex guy gets it! Actually the whole office gets it, and even better than that, their Claims department gets it. I recently banged My Z51 Corvette, and although the car ended up being totalled I received a very fair valuation and was able to buy the car back for a very reasonable price. The initial valuation was low by about 5k, but after providing the documentation they asked for on the car they came up to what I thought was fair.After all the horror stories Ive heard about dealing with your insurance company to get a claim, Ive gotta say Alex was right there helping me from day one. Not only are their rates as good as I could find, the service is AMAZING! I have a friend that just went through something very similar and his outcome was not a good one.
